This meditation gently weaves the powerful S.A.V.E.R.S. morning routine into one nourishing, intentional practice to set the tone for your entire day. We begin in Silence, creating space to arrive fully, calm the nervous system, and listen inward. From there, we move into Affirmations and Visualization, planting empowering thoughts and seeing yourself move through the day with clarity, confidence, and ease. Light Exercise awakens the body, followed by Reading and Scribing, inviting inspiration and reflection to land in a meaningful, personal way. This is a beautiful, soul-centered ritual to align your mind, body, and spirit before the world asks anything of you. BGM provided by Weston Brown

I'm Suzy at Unplugged,

And this is a meditation so that you can have a miracle morning.

It's a very famous practice that I'm not going to describe at all.

We're just going to do it.

So let's begin by getting comfortable,

Sit back,

Relax,

And close your eyes.

Let's begin by taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose,

And releasing it through the mouth.

Let's hear it.

One more long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

And just let it all out.

We want to hear it.

Your miracle morning begins with SAVERS,

Which is an acronym.

S is for silence,

A is for affirmation,

V is for visualization,

E is for exercise,

R is for reading,

And S is for scribing,

Or we can call it journaling.

So let's begin with the S,

Silence.

So let's just start the morning with a moment of silence.

A is for affirmations,

And when we say affirmations,

We're more likely to achieve the state we want to be in.

So today's affirmation is,

Today I am my best self.

Let's repeat it.

Today,

I am my best self.

And just repeat that a few times silently to yourself.

V is for visualization.

So let's visualize ourselves being our best self.

Because when you can see it,

You can be it.

So what does your best self look like to you?

Try to imagine you as your best self.

E is for exercise.

How can you move your body today?

Let's just silently make a commitment to ourselves that today we're going to take the time to exercise.

Just pick a time after this meditation and make a silent commitment or intention to exercise.

R is for reading.

Imagine yourself reading something that gives you pleasure.

Not because you have to,

But because you want to.

What do you want to read today?

S is for scribing or journaling.

Journaling is a fantastic way to get in touch with your feelings and emotions and answer the questions for yourself that need to be answered.

So after this meditation,

We're going to take some time to journal.

These are techniques that when incorporated into your morning every day are life changing.

So we're going to just reflect upon these words.

S is for silence.

A is for affirmations.

V visualization.

E exercise.

R reading.

And S scribing.

If you start your morning with savers,

You are guaranteed to have a phenomenal day.

So let's saver savers.

And when you're ready,

You can begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes and gently open your eyes and enjoy savers every day and notice what happens in your life.

Thank you for meditating with me.
