This meditation offers a gentle yet powerful twist on traditional affirmations by inviting you to feel them, not just repeat them. Instead of lofty statements that float by, you’ll be guided to anchor each affirmation into the body, breath, and present moment. This grounded practice helps transform intention into lived experience where clarity becomes something you can sense and trust. As you settle into stillness, each affirmation becomes a small, doable step rather than a distant goal. The result is a meditation that empowers you to move through your day aligned, confident, and ready to take inspired action. BGM provided by Weston Brown

Hi,

I'm Suzy at Unplugged Meditation,

And this is your quality affirmaction.

What is an affirmation?

An affirmation is an affirmation that you'll actually take action on.

Affirmations are when we say,

I am kind.

An affirmation is,

I am going to be kind.

So let's begin by finding your affirmation and closing our eyes.

Just taking a moment to slow down your breath,

Breathing in through the nose,

Deep and slow,

And exhaling through the mouth,

Relaxing your face,

Relaxing your shoulder,

Relaxing your body.

And let's do that a few times on our own.

And now we're going to choose one quality that we would like to embody today.

It could be focus,

It could be kindness,

It could be compassion,

It could be energy,

Whatever your word is.

Just one word.

And on the next inhale,

Silently to yourself,

Say,

I am going to be.

And on your next exhale,

Just your one word.

What are you going to be today?

I am going to be.

Let's do that a few times on our own.

And on the next inhale,

Can I be?

Exhaling your word.

Let's do that a few times on our own.

And just see if you can feel into your breath,

How can I be?

Exhaling your word.

Let's do that a few times on our own.

Really try to visualize yourself being actively your word.

Your word.

Taking another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

Exhaling through the mouth,

Releasing your affirmation.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

And I hope you enjoyed your affirmation.

Enjoy being actively your word.
