Welcome to a guided meditation embracing yourself with love.

We're going to start by taking a few deep breaths in and exhaling slowly.

Deep breath in.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Another deep breath in.

Exhale.

Another deep breath in.

And exhale.

Allow yourself to settle into this moment,

Letting the outside world fade.

This time,

This time is just for you.

You are safe here.

You are welcome here and you belong here exactly as you are.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath,

Inhaling peace,

Exhaling tension.

With each breath,

Release any judgment,

Any expectation that isn't yours to hold.

Now imagine a soft golden light from Mother Earth forming beneath your feet,

Warm and grounding.

This light flows upward through your legs and into your spine,

Anchoring you into Earth,

Steady,

Calm,

And supported.

Whisper quietly to yourself,

I am supported,

I am held.

Now bring your awareness to your heart center.

Visualize a gentle pink glow expanding softly within.

With each breath,

This light grows brighter and warmer,

Filling your chest with unconditional love and self-acceptance.

If your mind begins to wander,

Gently return to your breath and repeat,

I am enough,

I am worthy,

I am loved.

Feel these words wrap around your heart like a warm embrace.

I am enough,

I am worthy,

I am loved.

Now allow memories or emotions to rise,

Times when you've doubted yourself or felt not enough.

Imagine those versions of you standing before you now.

Each one holding a story,

A lesson,

A piece of your journey.

Look at these versions of yourself with compassion.

See them through the eyes of love and whisper softly,

I see you.

I love you.

Thank you for all you've carried.

You are free.

Again,

You are free.

Now let this forgiveness ripple through your entire being,

Clearing away the weight of self-judgment.

You do not need to be perfect.

You only need to be true,

True to yourself,

True to your own being.

Now picture yourself standing before a mirror,

But instead of your reflection,

You see a radiant light of your soul,

Your soul glowing with peace and truth.

Your higher self smiles and whispers.

You are not broken,

You are becoming.

Take a deep breath and let that fill you.

You are becoming.

Feel it settle within every cell,

Every thought,

Every part of you you are,

Every part of your being.

So we're going to inhale love,

Exhale gratitude.

Say quietly in your heart,

I honor my truth,

I love who I am,

I am free to just be true.

When you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Feel your body supported beneath you.

And as you open your eyes,

Carry the feeling of love and self-acceptance with you as a soft reminder that you are,

And always have been,

And always will be,

Enough.
