Welcome to this guided meditation.
Returning to your inner spark.
Take a slow,
Steady,
Deep breath in.
And a long,
Gentle breath out.
Allow your shoulders to soften,
Your jaw to release,
And your body to arrive.
You are exactly where you need to be.
You are whole in this moment.
You are honoring a sacred pause.
You do not need to change anything right away.
You can simply be here.
Pauses are sacred.
Bring one hand on your heart.
And if it feels right,
Place another hand on your solar plexus or your upper abdomen.
Inhale slowly to the count of four.
Exhale to the count of six.
Again,
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Imagine your breath washing through you like a tide.
Clearing the heaviness.
Softening the resistance.
Losing the weight of,
I should be doing more.
Rest is how the body regains clarity.
You are allowed to rest.
Now gently bring your awareness to the place inside of you that feels stuck,
Tired,
Uninspired.
Don't try to fix it.
Just notice it.
Is it heavy?
Is it numb?
Is it anxious?
Imagine that this part of you has a voice.
And softly ask,
What do you need?
Pause and listen.
You may receive words.
You may receive a feeling.
You may receive nothing at all.
And that's okay.
Or you may experience a soft knowing.
When motivation feels distant,
It doesn't mean you failed.
You may be tired.
You may be carrying more than you realize.
You may be quietly outgrowing something you no longer need.
Allow yourself to breathe with this.
Now imagine in the center of your chest a tiny ember.
Not a roaring fire.
Just a small glowing spark.
The spark is not tied to productivity.
It's not tied to performance.
It's not tied to achievement.
It is your life force.
And with each inhale,
Imagine gently breathing oxygen into that ember.
And with each exhale,
Imagine it glowing slightly bigger.
No pressure.
No force.
Just warmth.
Just remembering.
You are whole.
You are worthy.
Motivation does not turn through punishment.
It returns through safety,
Clarity,
And alignment.
Now ask yourself,
What is one small loving step I could take?
One small step.
Let the answer arise.
Feel how different it is when action comes through gentleness instead of pressure.
Motivation rooted in fear burns out.
Motivation rooted in alignment sustains.
Embrace your alignment,
Even if it's just the idea of it.
Let your alignment be simple.
Let it be enough.
There is no need for perfection here.
See that ember in your chest now growing steady.
Alive and gentle and growing.
You can move in your own rhythm.
Stepping forward with ease and grace.
There is nothing you need to force.
Feel your feet.
Feel the support beneath you.
You are steady here.
And whisper to yourself,
I trust the timing of my becoming.
I am guided towards what energizes my soul.
The fire within me grows brighter each day.
Now take a deep breath in.
Slowly release.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Your motivation lives within you.
It is steady.
It is alive.
It is gathering strength in its own time.
And so will you.
