Hi there,

Welcome to your Dreamland adventure to Prague.

You don't need to pack anything or do anything at all.

Find a comfortable position and let's go for a ride.

Imagine looking up into the sky and connecting to the light all the way up there.

Breathe it in.

Let go of that breath completely.

Let's take another breath in.

Can you feel your lungs filling up?

On your next breath out,

Feel your body empty of air.

On your next inhale,

Imagine flying high into the sky.

You aren't alone.

I'm with you.

And you can also imagine any of your friends and family with you on the ride.

It's up to you whether you invite anyone on your adventure.

We are heading to the capital city of the Czech Republic,

Prague.

We will explore the sights and finish on the bank of the Vltava River next to the Charles Bridge.

For now,

Your breath will get us there.

The slower,

Easier breath you take,

The better the ride.

As we head up into the sky,

We see huge,

Fluffy white clouds and bright blue sky.

Take a look below and wave goodbye to your home as we leave your neighborhood and take ourselves across your town until we reach the Atlantic Ocean.

We'll focus on taking smooth,

Steady breaths to help us fly across the miles of ocean.

We fly over France and Germany and head into the center of the Czech Republic.

As our breaths ease in and out of our lungs,

We can feel the cool air of the breaths moving into the nose and the warmed air leaving.

These breaths help take us closer to Prague as the city's bridges start to come into view.

Let's hang left to head straight to the Old Town Square.

There it is up ahead.

Let's breathe smooth and steady to land right in the middle of the square.

Take a look around.

Do you see that we are surrounded by narrow buildings and houses painted in every color we can imagine?

The colors are light,

But they are in every shade we can think of.

Pinks,

Greens,

Blues,

Yellows,

And purples are all around us.

These homes give off a feeling of fantasy,

As if we landed right in the middle of a fairy tale.

As we look around the plaza,

We see these umbrellas everywhere,

Covering tables full of people enjoying food and drinks.

Laughter and stories are being shared between friends and families.

The smiling faces are an easy sight to take in.

We can hear the famous clock chiming close by.

Let's use our breath to glide back into the air.

There we go.

Nice,

Easy,

Smooth breath in and out.

And look,

We've been joined by a flock of birds.

They are diving in and out of the benches and tables to eat the seeds and specks of food that fill their tummies.

We can hear them coo towards each other as they communicate.

We fly up to the very top of the Old Town Hall Tower.

From this point,

We can see the famous church that has worn bricks,

Windows,

And clocks covering her.

We can also see the Old Town in all the directions.

People are walking down the streets.

Musicians are on the corners sharing their talents.

And different languages are spoken as groups of people stroll through the square.

The clouds are beginning to take on oranges and pinks and reds as the sun begins to set.

Before we lose any more daylight,

Let's use our breaths to fly us over the gardens and the parks.

Let's pause just at the base of the Prague Castle,

A real-life castle that happens to be the largest castle in the world.

The Wallenstein Garden is nestled right up toward the castle.

From here,

You may even get to see a few peacocks walking around.

I see one that is all white and another one that is full of greens and blues.

They are unique creatures,

But they seem even more special with the sun fading and dusk taking over.

Let's keep going so we have time to find a sweet spot to watch the sun fall and the sky turn into night.

There's a special bank just down the river from the Charles Bridge.

A lot of people will be on the bridge.

We'll be tucked in so we can still see the beautiful sights,

But with a little bit of quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Up ahead,

There's a big picnic blanket laid out on the slope.

Let's land there.

Lay back and watch the last minutes of daylight fade into the clouds.

As the sun drops lower,

Our breathing also slows down.

There's no need to control it any longer.

We've landed.

As we lay back and watch the clouds turn to purple,

Blue,

And navy,

We notice how exhausted we are from the flight and all the sights we got to see.

Let's take a moment to let it all soak in.

Feel the warm earth underneath the blanket heat our bodies.

Feel the cool breeze brush over our heads.

You can hear quiet chatter in the background,

But the river's sounds start to drown out the conversations.

The movement of the river is steady and slow.

We can feel the air entering and exiting our lungs with a special awareness we didn't have before.

Through our travels and flight,

We were able to change our breath.

Now we get to just observe the breath.

The rhythm of movement happening within our bodies as each breath comes in and goes out.

As we gaze upon this peaceful river scene,

We start to feel the weight of our bodies take in the support of the ground below us.

The breath is easy,

Uncontrolled.

We begin to feel our feet soften and our lower legs.

Then this relaxation spreads to our upper legs and hips.

Our back muscles start to soften and release.

Those strong muscles begin to let go.

Your shoulders are wide and your arms rest.

The belly rises and falls with each breath.

Your chest expands and settles back in.

Your throat softens and then the lips,

Cheeks,

Forehead,

And all the muscles in your face begin to get nice and heavy.

Relaxed.

You notice the breath moving in and out of the very tip of your nose.

Knowing that you don't have to control the breath,

The breath will happen on its own.

Your body is taking care to breathe for you.

Your mind and body get to fully appreciate this downtime.

These moments you have created for yourself.

You can choose to drift off into sleep.

Or if you want,

You can stay here for as long as you want.

And when you are ready,

You can begin to breathe in a deeper breath and wiggle your body awake.

Thank you for joining me on this dreamland adventure to Prague.

I look forward to exploring again with you soon.

See you soon.
