Sometimes we need a grounding reminder of our strength, our power, and our ability to be amazing. Maybe life is bringing some challenges or stress…and we can invite in the energy that reminds us we are amazing, no matter what. It is OK if this sentiment feels uncomfortable or new…. When we practice our meditation, we can allow all feelings to be present without judgment.
