You may sit on a comfortable chair.
Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
Place your hands on your knees with palms facing up.
Your thumbs and index fingers are gently touching one another.
Making a hand gesture called mudra.
Rest your tongue at the roof of your mouth,
Positioning it just behind your front teeth.
Once you are ready,
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in and then breathe out.
Continue with your natural breath.
Relax your jaw.
Keeping them closed,
Relax your lips.
With your teeth slightly apart,
Relax your cheeks.
Relax your forehead and your eyes.
Relax your whole face.
Take another deep breath in and breathe out.
Continue breathing with your natural breathing rhythm.
With each breath,
Naturally start to push energy down.
Beginning at the top of your head.
Going through your face.
And breathe out.
Gently keep moving this energy down your neck and your throat.
Slowly push it down,
Moving it along your spine.
Slowly keep moving that energy into your shoulders,
Your chest and your back.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Continue shifting energy down into your stomach area,
Down into your hips,
Really pushing downwards.
Feel the energy moving into your legs,
Down into your knees,
Past your knees,
Into your feet.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Continue pushing that energy out.
Out from your body,
Into the earth.
Shifting it deep down into the earth.
Really moving it out of you.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Now release that unnecessary energy into the center of the earth as a black smoke.
Allow for it to be transmuted.
Release.
And breathe out.
As a silver light,
Start bringing grounding energy upwards.
From the center of the earth,
Bringing it up through all the layers of the earth.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Pushing it through the crust of the earth,
The bottom of your feet,
Through your feet,
Pushing it up your legs,
Moving this majestic light.
Up into your knees.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Continue shifting this energy past your knees,
Into your thighs.
Gently gliding it into your hips.
Keep taking this silver energy higher,
Transferring it into your pelvis and your abdomen area.
Beginning from the bottom,
Slowly moving it along your spine,
One vertebrae at a time.
Carrying it through your stomach area.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Continue shifting this energy up into your chest and into your back.
Transferring it through your throat,
Through your head,
Into the top of your head.
And out through your head.
Connecting it to the universe.
Breathe in and breathe out.
You are stable,
Centered,
Focused and connected to the earth.
Really grounded.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Your body is the form,
Your breath is life.
With each breath,
You are inhaling not only oxygen but also prana,
Which is a life force in itself.
An energy breath.
Energy of all-knowing.
The part of you that is most connected to the higher intelligence,
Higher dimensions and higher vibrations.
Connected to all that is.
As you inhale,
Prana suffuses your body with vitalizing energy.
In doing so,
It not only nourishes your eyes but also your eyesight.
Replenishes not only your body but also your sense of touch.
Revitalizes not only your brain but also your ability to conceptualize and imagine.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Make sure your tongue is still resting at the roof of your mouth and start your inhalation on the right side of your spine.
Breathing in deeply,
Noticing your breath moving up the right side of your spine.
Breathing out.
Shifting one vertebrae at a time.
Reaching your neck and moving up the right side of your tongue.
Swiveling around and on your exhale,
Moving back along your inhale.
Gently gliding down your tongue,
The left side of your spine.
Back down through your chest,
Down into your stomach area.
Moving down through your hips,
And into the bottom of your spine.
Allow your breath to keep on looping through each side of your spine.
Starting at the right side,
Which is your musculine energy,
Also called yang,
While at the tip of your tongue.
Turn it around and move it back alongside your left side.
Your feminine energy,
Also called yin.
Let's repeat this a few times.
Breathe in.
Breathe in.
Universe does not take sides.
It supports and nourishes balance and equilibrium.
Through this particular breathing,
You will be strengthening and balancing your right and your left side of your body.
Your yang and yin,
Your masculine and feminine energies.
Through this particular breath,
You will also be strengthening both sides of your brain.
Your creative and your logical side.
Again,
Achieving balance and equilibrium for optimal functioning.
Bring your breathing back to your natural breathing rhythm.
Allow for it to rest without much guidance.
Simply allowing for it to flow.
Yet again,
We will go back to breathing exercise again.
This time,
Breathing through the central energy channel of your spine.
On your inhale,
Breathing from the very bottom of your spine.
All the way into your neck and the tip of your tongue.
On your exhale,
Moving the energy down the center of your spine.
One vertebrae at a time.
Arriving back to the bottom of your spine.
