Welcome to your morning.
This meditation uses gentle frequencies to support grounding,
Clarity and intuitive awareness.
There's nothing you need to do,
Just allow your body to receive.
You may already be awake and moving,
Or still lying in your bed,
Wherever you are,
This is your space to begin your day connected to yourself.
I want you to begin by getting comfortable.
Let your body soften,
Let your shoulders drop,
And gently bring your awareness to your breath.
Without changing anything,
Just notice the rhythm of your breath in,
Rising and falling.
There's nothing you need to do,
Just allow yourself to follow that natural rhythm.
As you sit here,
You might notice a feeling about the day ahead.
Maybe it feels heavy,
Maybe there's resistance,
Maybe there's uncertainty.
Just notice it,
No need to fix it,
No need to push it away.
This feeling is just a wave,
And like every wave,
It moves,
It shifts,
It rises and it falls.
You don't need to force yourself into motivation,
You just need to meet yourself where you are.
Now,
Gently bring your awareness into your body.
Notice where you feel your breath,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your throat.
And if you can,
Notice if you can feel the sound vibrating somewhere within you.
This is where your clarity lives,
Not in your thoughts,
Not in your to-do list,
But here in your body.
Your body already knows what's right for you today.
You don't need to have everything figured out,
You don't need to plan every step.
All you need to do is take the next aligned step from this place.
Ask yourself softly,
What feels right for me right now?
What is it that I need?
Instead of thinking,
Just feel.
Notice what happens in your body.
Stay here for a moment,
Trusting that you don't need to chase clarity,
Because it's already within you.
Gently begin to bring awareness back and move into your day,
Connected to yourself.
