As you breathe into your lower belly imagine a soft golden light swirling here,

Each inhale expands this light,

Each exhale clears away confusion,

Place your hand gently over your belly and whisper within,

Show me what a yes feels like,

Pause and let your sacral respond,

Notice any warmth,

Expansion or pull forward,

Now whisper within,

Show me what a no feels like,

Contracts or pulls back,

Trust what arises,
