Problems in sleeping then here is a gentle ocean wave meditation to assist you drift into a peaceful state of sleep. Hello beautiful beings.

Thank yourself for allowing the time to unwind and fall asleep in the process of calmness.

Arrange your space so that you won't be disturbed,

Preferably lying down on your back.

If you have any discomfort in your back,

Bend your knees with your feet on the floor beneath you or on your bed.

Now arrange your body symmetrically.

Set an intention to rest for X amount of hours or minutes and then close your eyes.

Place your hands on your abdomen one over the other so that the elbows touch the bed that you are resting on.

Sense the space between your shoulders expand whilst sensing your neck lower deeper into the pillow.

Let the thoughts of the day come in on the left side of the forehead and then move over to the right side and away from you.

As thoughts come in,

Thoughts go by,

Emptying your mind more and more.

Thoughts come in and thoughts go by.

Begin to sense more parts of your body resting into the space around you.

Sense the tissues of your spine on your left side and then on the right side.

Gently breathe in through the nose and feel your abdomen rise and then exhale back through the nose as the abdomen moves back towards the spine.

In your mind's eye place yourself in your favorite space.

Sense the feeling of bliss as you do this.

Everything is just as it should be.

Allow the body to drift.

Begin to feel yourself drifting.

Resting peacefully,

This is your sacred space of bliss.

Enjoy each and every moment drifting as you wander into a sacred space of bliss.

The air is warm and the sun shines down on a beautiful beach that you are lying on.

The golden sand is beneath you with your eyes gazing at the calm blue sea.

The gentle waves sing their tune with the sound of their movement coming and going.

You can see on the horizon a clear blue sky extending itself into the distance and you have a sense of belonging free of any intrusion.

It is peaceful here.

The aroma of the salt air fills your nostrils as you drift into sleep.

Imagine that you rise above your body and sense and see yourself drifting into this peaceful slumberland.

Smile with your cheeks and with your eyes at how peaceful you look and then surround yourself in a pink bubble of light with a luminous glow of light all around you.

Just drifting away peacefully,

Calmly,

Softly.
