Welcome luminous beings of the light.
Today's mindfulness meditation takes you on an inner journey to discover in your heart the essence of your true being in sacred love,
The love you have for yourself and to foster a deep sense of self-love and appreciation for who you are.
We will begin this journey by finding a comfortable chair where you can sit with your spine in an upright position with your head neither leaning forward nor backward.
Commence by taking a deep breath in through your nose and sense your body aligning itself.
As you do this,
Breathe in peace.
Then breathe out through the nose and as you do this,
Sense a letting go process begin as you let go of any tension you may be holding.
Repeat this breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you do this,
Breathe in peace.
Then breathe out through the nose and as you do this,
Sense a letting go process begin as you let go of any tension.
One more time on your own.
And then exhale.

Just letting go of anything that you may be holding.
Okay.
Now let's generate a body scan starting from the crown of your head down to the base of your feet.
Begin by scanning your head,
Sensing its energy.
Sensing its energy.
And then to the eyes followed to the back of the eyes.
Scanning your nose.
Then move to the cheeks and the jaw as you feel your teeth slightly separating.
Sensing the back of the neck at the top of the vertebra traveling in a downward direction with an oily fluid in between each vertebra.
Moving downward one by one till you reach the base of the spine.
Then move your attention to the shoulders.
Continue to sense the energy pathway move down to the arms and then the forearms and then the hands and the fingers.
Now move your attention to the back of the throat sensing all its inner cells.
Then move to the inside of the esophagus rail down inside within you to your stomach and the duodenum to the small intestines,
Then the liver and the gallbladder and then the large intestines to the exit at the rectum.
Sense your torso readjusting with this process and feel the oily fluid moving down through the hips,
The legs and the knees and the feet and then the toes.
And now sense and feel your entire body in this oily liquid,
Very movable and free.
Acknowledge and release any areas of tension you may have been holding in any of your tissues inviting relaxation.
Place your hand now on your heart holding a rose quartz or a rhodochrosite crystal in your right hand.
Sense its energy on your heart space.
Visualize a warm glowing light emanating from your heart chakra.
Symbolizing sacred love and compassion.
Silently repeat these affirmations.
I am worthy of love and kindness.
I honor and respect myself deeply.
I embrace my unique qualities and strengths.
I resolve issues within my relationships and leave the outcome to the universe.
Imagine in your mind's eye a green leaf in full bloom sitting in front of you.
Observe its nature.
Gaze into the leaf for a few moments and sense what you perceive about it.
Do you notice anything in particular?
Do you notice its stem with the intricate veins running from the main stem and its branches weaving themselves this way and that to the ends at the corners of the leaf itself?
Do you observe their patterns and their symmetry and perhaps their variations?
Can you for a moment relate this leaf as an image symbolizing the patterns in your own life?
You being the main stem growing every moment and the branches being different aspects of your life.
Can you place these symbols of where you are moving to within your heart as being balanced?
Forgiving yourself for your participation within any strained relationships you may be holding and forgiving the other person for their part.
Then call upon Saint Germain to bring in his radiant violent flame of healing.
In swirls of energy and feel the forgiveness on both sides as being healed and whole now.
Sense this ritual being radiated out to all the tissues that were affected by this within you.
Everything has been resolved.
Your heart is completely clean,
It is clear and your total being is open to the light.

Take a moment to bask in this energy and breathe freely in these sacred moments.

Allow the feelings of appreciation fill your heart.
