Hello beautiful people,

This is your Breathing with Light meditation.

Find a comfortable position where you're lying down or sitting in an upright position.

Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

Set a gentle intention to breathe freely,

To sense and to connect with the flow of life within your body.

Then inhale through the back of your nose and feel your abdomen expand as you do so.

Your body widens in all directions.

Allow the breath to rise upward and through your head,

Inviting in the light from source.

Then exhale softly through the back of your nose and guide the light down through the crown of your head,

Following the breath into your abdomen.

Feel your muscles draw inward towards the spine until there is no breath left.

Pause in this stillness.

Then repeat breathing the cycle two more times.

Within each inhalation,

Allow the breath to expand,

Rising to the crown and welcoming the light.

Then with each exhalation,

Releasing and guiding the light downward,

Pausing in the stillness.

Now return to your natural breathing.

Sense the stillness within,

The quiet presence that remains with you.
