So let us begin with you moving to a secure place where you will not be disturbed and where you can choose to lie down on your back or sit in a chair with your feet grounded into the floor and with your back in an upright position.
If you choose to lie down,
Please draw your knees up towards the ceiling with your feet planted firmly in the ground,
A hip-width apart,
So that the length of your entire back meets the ground beneath you.
Have the palms facing upward at either side.
And now,
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and sense your inner world.
As thoughts come in,
Thoughts go by.
As thoughts come in,
Let the thoughts go by.
If you have any residual thoughts,
Place them in a bag and visualize or sense a river by your side where you can throw the bag into it.
The river floats down towards the sea and releases the excess baggage within your mind and within your body.
Let's begin to breathe in through the back of the nose and connect with your abdomen as it rises upward.
Follow the breath as it travels to the back of the abdomen and rises toward the crown and descends towards the feet.
Then exhale out through the back of the nose and draw the abdomen back towards the spine until there is no more breath left.
And pause.
Again,
Breathe in through the back of the nose and connect with your abdomen.
It rises upward.
Follow this breath as it travels to the back of the abdomen and then rises toward the crown of your head and descends towards the feet.
Exhale out through the back of the nose and draw the abdomen back towards the spine until there is no more breath left.
And pause.
Go back to the normal breathing and observe any changes in the breath.
In your mind's eye,
Focus your attention on your head.
Smile through your forehead and sense your ears moving backward and as you do this,
Your forehead moves at the same time.
Repeat this a couple of times.
Smile and then release.
Smile again and then release.
Sense your forehead again and sense any changes like the skin on your forehead opening any lines that were held there as they change to a silky,
Soft,
Clear feel.
Then move your attention to your eyes.
Sense them soften and smile through your eyes.
Then move your attention to your jaw and lower the jaw so that the teeth separate.
Now focus on your neck area connecting to the breath.
Soften the muscles that surround it with gentle breathing.
Then bring your attention to your lungs.
Sense them expanding with the in-breath and then contracting with the out-breath.
And again.
Breathe in through the lungs.
Let them open out.
Now exhale and contract with the out-breath.
And then freely breathe and sense the rhythm of your lungs.
Then move your attention to the hips.
This is where much emotion is stored.
Once again,
Breathe in through the back of your nose and connect with your abdomen once more as the breath expands the abdomen.
Then draw more breath to the back of the abdomen and exhale out through the nose and simultaneously connect with the hips to release the breath through them,
Causing the hips to move backward and then pause.
Once this is complete,
Turn your attention to the legs and connect with their energy.
Breathing in through the nose,
Connecting with the legs,
And then exhale out,
Sending the breath downward through the legs,
Feeling their weight moving down towards the ground.
Let's repeat that.
Breathing in through the nose,
Connecting with the legs,
And then exhale out through the nose,
Sending the breath down through to the legs,
Feeling their weight moving down towards the ground.
Finally,
Move your attention to your feet.
Take a breath in through your nose and connect to your feet.
Feel their energy weighting into the ground,
Letting go of all negativity as the energy flows through to the toes and out of your body.
Let's do that once more.
Breathe in through your nose,
Connecting to your feet.
Feel their energy weighting into the ground,
Letting go of all negativity as the energy flows through to the toes and out of your body.
Visualize and sense a beautiful luminous light above your head,
Radiating its brightness through your entire body,
Sensing its pure and clear energy as it rotates round and round and through you,
Cleansing all negativity.
And where the shining light beams its way through your entire body.
Continue to sense the breath and listen to its rhythm.
And then smile.
Smile throughout your entire body.
Embrace the movements and give thanks and gratitude to yourself for giving yourself the time to take care of your entire being,
Now feeling fully cleansed,
Purified and regenerated.
