To our multiversal source,

Calling in the Divine Father and the Divine Mother,

The Alpha and the Omega,

Who are our divine team and guides.

We invoke and ask of you for divine guidance,

Divine love,

Divine healing,

For the inner strength to continue on this ascension journey,

For illumination and divine oneness,

For abundance and prosperity,

For good health and happiness,

For divine protection.

Thank you for all our great blessings.

With gratitude,

With respect,

With full faith and love,

I invite you now to get comfortable and open to the energies that are present around you and within.

Centering,

Arriving at your torso and your body,

Putting one hand on your heart and one hand on your stomach,

Really anchoring to the intention of this divine attunement practice.

I invite you to ground and anchor into your breath now,

More and more with your hands on your torso,

Allowing you to settle into this sacred space,

Into your sacred vessel,

Feeling the fullness of your body with every inhale and exhale,

Awareness deepening as you inhale and exhale,

And heart becoming in sync with each breath,

Allowing your heart to guide you as we feel and draw our awareness into the heart more and more,

Where we have one hand waiting for us,

Breathing into our heart,

And as we do this,

Begin to recall a recent event,

A recent event that you are grateful for,

One that as you re-experience it,

You feel the feelings of happiness,

Of joy filling you,

Re-experiencing this recent event,

Feeling the happiness,

Receiving fully with every inhale and exhale,

Giving gratitude for this loving moment.

Smile and allow your emotions to fill you with joy and the vibrations of happiness.

Smile and breathe into your heart and connect with it as you re-experience your gratitude and happiness for this moment.

Allow your breath to connect you deeper with your heart center,

Feeling this connection and the pulse between you and your heart,

Breath,

Between you and your heart,

Breath.

Now,

On the next exhale,

Draw your attention down,

All the way down to the area below your feet,

Approximately a foot or so below you,

Allowing your breath,

Awareness,

And attention to arrive and settle,

Feeling into this energy center known as the Earth Star below your feet,

Feeling into it as you breathe and connect with every inhale and exhale,

Feeling an opening to the terrestrial grids,

To the earthly energies below you,

In and out as you allow the Earth Star beneath you to open and connect you with every inhale and exhale.

And as you arrive in this earthly center,

I invite you to recall another recent event of happiness,

One that you were grateful for,

Invite you to recreate the feelings of this experience,

Feeling the moments of happiness every inhale and exhale,

Receiving fully,

Re-experiencing this divine moment in recent time,

The last few days,

Re-experiencing and giving gratitude for this loving experience that you have had on this earthly plane.

Smile and allow your emotions to fill you with joy.

Smile and greet the Earth more fully as you breathe in and out,

Re-experiencing this joy,

This happiness.

Feel and allow yourself to connect with your breath more fully,

The Earth Star chakra beneath you.

Smile to this center.

Smile to the heart of Mother Earth below you,

Feeling more and more the pulse between you and the Earth with every inhale and exhale,

Truly relishing the energy of this Earth Star.

And on the next inhale,

Travel all the way up,

All the way up and draw your focus,

Your breath and attention to the area above you,

To the area above the crown of your head,

Of your awareness up,

All the way up above your head,

With every breath arriving more and more of your attention and your awareness to this area above your crown known as the Soul Star,

A center that connects you to the celestial and divine grids above.

As you arrive more and more at this Soul Star center,

Breathe into it.

And as you do,

Feel your connection with the Soul Star with every inhale and exhale,

Connecting more and more to your Soul Star,

More and more to these celestial realms.

As you do,

Begin to recall a third and final recent event that you were grateful for,

A re-experiencing of this third event,

One that has brought you happiness and joy,

Allowing yourself to immerse and feel this moment fully,

Receiving fully.

With every inhale and exhale,

Breathing into the Soul Star,

Re-experiencing gratitude for this loving divine moment.

Smile and allow your emotions to fill you with joy.

Breathe and smile to your divine Soul Star shining and emanating above you,

Feeling the connection and pulse between you and this majestic Soul Star.

Inhale and exhale.

And on the next exhale,

Draw your awareness and allow your breath to be drawn down to the Earth,

Dropping down to the Earth as you exhale.

And as you inhale,

Draw your awareness and your breath up to the Soul Star.

Next exhale again,

Descending to your Earth Star.

Inhale up to the Soul Star.

Exhale down to the Earth Star,

Allowing yourself to create an orbit with your breath,

This rhythmic cycle.

Inhaling up to the Soul Star,

Exhaling down to the Earth Star,

Feeling your hands on your heart and torso,

Your heart in the middle,

Allowing these energies,

Your breath and awareness to naturally cycle.

Inhale to the Soul Star,

Exhale down to your Earth Star,

Allowing the celestial and terrestrial energies to mix within you as you orbit with your breath.

Drawing the Soul Star and celestial energies down,

Drawing the Earth Star and earthly terrestrial energies up to the Soul Star,

Drawing up the Earth.

Exhale down to the Earth Star,

Drawing down the divine,

Allowing more and more of the earthly and heavenly energies to mix within you,

Bathing your mind,

Your heart,

Your cells and body,

And your energy systems,

Bathing in this cosmic orbit,

In this divine mixture of celestial and terrestrial energies cycling within you.

Do one more cycle before arriving and centering once again at your heart,

Allowing this cosmic orbit to draw in these energies into your torso more and more,

Centering and arriving at your heart center,

Allowing the energies to integrate and uptake with every inhale,

Breathing and integrating,

Settling at the heart,

Arriving and integrating.

Breathe and tune into your heart song.

Perhaps you can see a color,

Perhaps you can sense a hue,

Perhaps your song is an actual frequency or tone,

But it's your heart singing and communicating with you now.

Listen to its music through its frequency,

Words and images.

Inhale and exhale,

Feeling the mixing of these divine energies and earthly energies,

One hand on heart,

One hand on stomach,

Listening to your heart,

Feeling and attuning to this divine energy through your heart.

And as you do this,

Imagine the Earth as a small orb in front of you.

Imagine the Earth as a glowing globe,

All its beings inhabiting our planet.

Feel and sense the majesty of this planet before you.

And as you do,

I invite you to hold your hands up and allow the Earth to bathe and receive in these energies that you've called in,

Also to receive the benefit of this divine attunement.

Be a beacon of divine loving,

Emanate to the Earth divine loving.

Be a beacon of divine peace,

Emanate and radiate divine peace through your hands and through your energy to the Earth,

A small glowing globe in front of you.

Be a beacon of divine happiness,

Radiating and emanating vibrations of happiness to this planet.

Inhaling and exhaling as a beacon of divine understanding,

Divine compassion.

As you beam divine understanding and deep compassion to the planet and all its inhabitants,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Allowing the small Earth before you to receive these energies.

Inhale and exhale and be a divine beacon of oneness and unity,

Radiating peaceful unifying energies to this planet,

To all these beings as you emanate divine joy.

May all beings be blessed.

May all beings be blessed.

May all beings be healthy.

May all beings be healthy.

May all beings be safe.

May all beings be safe.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be happy.

Allowing yourself and this planet and all the beings,

Both physical and non-physical,

To receive the benefits of this divine blessing,

Of this divine emanation,

Of this divine attunement.

And on the next inhale,

Exhale,

Drawing your awareness inwards,

Giving thanks to the planet and all its inhabitants,

Giving thanks to the divine realms and our guides,

Teachers,

And masters that walked with us and supported this practice.

Breathing in and out,

Feeling your hands on your heart and solar plexus,

Saying out loud,

I integrate all these energies with ease.

And as you say those words,

Breathe in and out,

Letting these energies integrate into your mind,

Into your heart,

Into your cells,

Down to your DNA,

And into every aspect and atom of your body.

Integrating all these energies into your energy systems as well.

Giving thanks,

Grounding more and more,

Feeling your presence in your body,

Opening your eyes,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

And once again,

Grounding and integrating,

Allowing these divine energies to be with you as you walk forth on your journey ahead.
