Take a moment to step away from your work demands and into a state of calm and mental clarity.
My name is Soleil and I'll be guiding you through this meditation to help release accumulated stress,
Clear mental fog and strengthen your resilience,
Leaving you better equipped to handle pressure and make decisions with renewed focus and energy.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position.
Spine upright.
Hands gently on your lap and feet on the ground.
Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest and abdomen.
As you breathe naturally.
And deepen that breath now,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling the lungs expand,
The belly expand.
And as you exhale,
Allow your body to relax deeper into this moment.
Being ready for this meditation.
Another deep breath in,
Filling up your lungs and abdomen,
And exhale fully,
Releasing deeper,
Letting go,
And coming into this moment.
Last one here,
Deep breath in,
Full breath out.
Releasing any tension.
And now coming back to your natural breath.
Finding a rhythm that feels comfortable for you.
There's no need to force anything,
Just gently breathing.
Now we'll begin to let go of any tension you may be holding onto in your body.
Start with your shoulders,
Notice if they're tense or raised up towards your ears.
And on your next exhale allow them to drop.
Imagine the tension melting away with each breath.
Move your attention to your jaw.
Is it clenched?
If so,
Gently release it.
Letting your mouth relax and soften.
Now focus on your hands.
Let your fingers naturally uncurl.
Feel the muscles in your arms and hands soften.
Releasing any tightness or gripping.
With each breath out,
Feel any lingering stress in your body dissolve.
From your head all the way down to your toes.
Let your body feel lighter.
And more at ease.
Now shift your focus inward,
Towards your thoughts.
Take a moment to notice any mental chatter.
Any unfinished tasks or worries lingering in the background.
You don't need to engage with them.
Just observe.
Imagine your mind as a snow globe shaken and swirling with thoughts.
And as you sit here quietly breathing,
Picture those swirling thoughts slowly settling down to the bottom.
The water inside the globe coming still,
Clear.
Each breath is helping to calm the mind,
Bringing stillness.
You may notice thoughts drifting in and out and that's okay.
Simply acknowledge them.
And gently return your focus to your breath.
Inhale clarity.
Exhale,
Mental clutter.
Now that your mind feels a bit quieter.
Let's return our attention to finding clarity.
Picture yourself at your desk or your work environment but this time everything feels clear and organized.
See yourself focused,
Energized and calm.
Imagine you're approaching each task with ease and precision.
Your thoughts organized your attention unwavering.
As you visualize this,
Feel a sense of confidence and clarity begin to rise within you.
Breathe in this sense of purpose and focus.
And breathe out any sense of overwhelm or confusion.
Let it go with each exhale.
Now let's expand this sense of calm and clarity into emotional resilience.
Visualize yourself standing strong.
Tall like a tree rooted into the earth.
Feel the strength.
And steadiness in your body.
Even as challenges,
Pressures or stress try to sway you.
Notice how you remain grounded,
Stable.
You may encounter difficulties,
But you have the inner tools to manage them with calm and grace.
Feel this emotional resilience growing within you.
Knowing that whatever the day brings,
You can handle it with a steady mind and an open heart.
As we begin to conclude this meditation,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Notice the gentle flow of your breath in and out of your body.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Feel the surface beneath you.
The air around you.
Take a deep breath in.
And gently exhale.
When you're ready,
Begin to move your fingers,
Your toes.
Roll your shoulders.
And before you open your eyes take a moment to notice how you feel now.
Compared to when you started.
Maybe there's a bit more space in your mind or perhaps your body feels more relaxed.
Carry this sense of calm,
Clarity and emotional resilience with you throughout the rest of your day.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Take a moment to give gratitude to yourself for taking the time to create more calm,
Clarity and focus in your day.
