My name is Annabelle and today we're going to be working on imposter syndrome in this meditation.
We're going to be working on the belief system we've created around imposter syndrome.
By changing our beliefs,
We're going to change our identity,
Our habits,
And where our life is going in the easiest,
Simplest way possible.
Beliefs sound like affirmations but they are more direct and so they tap into your subconscious at a deeper,
Quicker level.
I'm going to say a belief and I'm going to get you to repeat it after me with the most emotion that you can.
I'm also going to get you to come back every day this week to solidify these beliefs in your subconscious.
If there's any belief that feels really uncomfortable to say,
Journal about why because your belief system is a choice.
And today we choose abundance,
Prosperity,
And happiness.
So take a deep breath,
Ground your energy,
Sink deeper into the seat you're in.
Relax more with each exhale and then repeat after me.
I am enough as I am.
I see my value.
Those around me see my value.
I am worthy.
I am always growing and getting better.
I am authentic.
Being in the room makes me worthy.
I see how much I offer.
I see how much I contribute.
I am equal to everyone else.
I release wanting external validation.
I can validate myself.
I trust my abilities.
I can trust myself.

I am worthy of respect.
I am confident in expressing my ideas.
It is safe to excel.
