Hello,
My name is Annabelle and today we're getting clear on your manifestations,
So take a deep breath in,
Relax into whatever is holding you and let's get started.
I want you to imagine something that you want so much right now.
Maybe it's a new relationship,
A new house,
A new job,
Whatever it is,
Getting clear on what that goal is and I want you to start to imagine how many different ways this can come to you.
It might be through a friend,
A stranger on the street,
Something online,
Through your current workplace.
How else could it come in?
And what's another way?
There are countless more ways what you were dreaming of can come to you.
Now I want you to imagine whatever you're dreaming of as a physical item.
It can be anything.
Getting clear on what that item is and then I want you to take a couple of deep breaths and focus on your body.
How are your shoulders currently feeling?
How about your belly?
Your legs and arms?
Are you warm or are you cold?
Are you feeling tall or short?
And now I want you to imagine receiving the physical item of your manifestation in a way you never would have thought of.
And I want you to tap into your body again.
First of all noticing any hesitation,
Any rejection.
Is there any part of you that doesn't want to accept this yet?
And if so just acknowledge that aspect of yourself and thank it for protecting you.
Tell it you hear it and tell it that it does not control you.
And now do a little body scan.
So starting with the top of your head notice how you're feeling.
Notice if your shoulders and neck are tense or relaxed holding this manifestation.
Is your heart open or is it closed off?
Is your belly relaxed or not?
Are your legs and arms tense?
Are you feeling open or closed off?
Are you feeling tall or small?
Are you feeling excited or calm and restful?
All of these things are giving you clues of your subconscious.
Your subconscious actions are going to drive how close you can get to this manifestation and they're also going to drive your self-sabotage if you're not ready for it and push it away.
So getting clear on how you're feeling,
Accepting yourself fully exactly as you are and I invite you to do some journaling after this meditation so you can see how ready you feel and what parts of you feel like they need to be protected from this manifestation.
When you're ready bringing that physical item to your heart allowing it to sink in.
Taking a deep deep breath knowing if you want something the whole universe is working to get it for you.
You are worthy of what you dream of.
