Hello my name is Annabelle and today we're going to be looking at the crown chakra or the saddha saddha chakra.

This is the final chakra out of the seven main chakras in Sanskrit and yogic tradition.

This chakra has so much responsibility especially with our spiritual connection to a higher power.

It is linked to our understanding of universal truths,

A feeling of connectedness to others and a higher consciousness.

You're going to learn how to balance it in the mudra and mantra meditations.

However understanding a little basis of this chakra is going to be so helpful.

So first and foremost it is located at the top of your head and this one is special because it is linked to two different colors.

One is a light purple quite like a violet color and the other is white.

So if you're seeing either of these colors in your meditations it is because you are deeply connected to this chakra.

So looking at the crown chakra we are looking at the skull and the brain in the body as well as our hair on the top of our head.

So looking at has there been more balding?

Has my hair started growing in a different way?

Have I been experiencing a lot of headaches?

All of these are linked to the crown chakra.

Something really unique about the crown chakra is because it's not located in your body.

The energy is actually going upwards literally connecting you to a higher power and when we have done the work on all of the chakras below it means that it is a stronger life force energy coming out of you connecting you even more with the divine.

So looking at what does a deficient crown chakra look like?

So one that is really common and becoming ever more popular in today's society is a spiritual disconnection.

This can look like atheism or just a disinterest in anything spiritual or religious.

It can also look like a lack of purpose as our purpose is something that's given to us from above.

Our purpose is also linked to the solar plexus chakra however that's linked to more of our ability to fulfill that purpose and the crown chakra is about having a purpose at all.

Having a deficient crown chakra can also look like narrow-mindedness,

An inability or a diswant to change and a lack of living small.

Looking more at the physical it can look like nervous system issues and then when we have an over active chakra it can lead to spiritual escapism which can look like everything's going to work out just watch.

It can look like delusion also a disconnectedness from your body and a disregard for the practical matters.

It is quite easy to want to disconnect from the physical world because it does have its challenges however escaping to something higher usually just brings more problems with it.

This is why working from the root chakra upwards is the most important thing for your healing.

Building from a stable foundation and so you can add this beautiful diamond and jewel on top it's something that is going to lead to a lifetime of success.

But now let's look at some of the belief systems around the crown chakra.

Asking do I feel supported by something higher than me?

Whatever that may be,

The universe,

A god,

There is no right or wrong.

Asking am I open to changing my mind especially when new information presents itself?

Asking do I feel connected to my body and is there any situation where I don't?

And asking yourself am I looking at the practical side of life or am I just assuming it's all going to work out?

Learn to balance this chakra in the mudra and mantra meditation.

Once you've got to the seventh chakra you can always go back and start from the beginning.

Imagine it as building a house to then building a tower.

Every time you go through the chakras reassessing,

Realigning,

You're becoming stronger and more powerful.
