Welcome to the Sky Sound Meditation for Self Love.
I will first guide you through some visualization and then recite a few affirmations.
You may repeat them to yourself or out loud.
Find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if you choose.
Take a deep breath,
Inhaling.
And exhaling.
Now,
Envision yourself at the edge of a lake on a warm day.
Your bare feet touching Mother Earth as you peacefully walk towards the still water.
Feel the refreshing water cradle your toes,
Your feet,
Ankles and legs as you walk deeper into this beautiful lake.
Keep walking until you feel your body becoming lighter as you are now fully submerged,
Fully present in this moment.
Knowing that you are held by the ancestral Mother Gaia of this lake.
Feel any tension held in the body release and wash away as you breathe in love into every cell of your body.
Your heart begins to open feeling safe and ready to receive.
Now repeat after me.
I am grateful for this life.
I am in the process of positive change.
I am learning to accept every part of myself with unconditional love.
I believe in myself.
The power of love is inside me.
I am in the process of healing.
I am doing the best that I can and that is enough.
I forgive myself and set myself free.
I am trusting the journey.
I send love and healing to every organ in my body.
Deep at the center of my being is an infinite well of love.
My vibration is love.
I am a beautiful being.
The more I love myself,
The more love I receive from others.
Today I send love to everyone.
