Close your eyes if you choose. Take a deep breath, Inhaling. And exhaling. One more time. Inhaling. And exhaling. Now repeat after me. I trust my feelings. I give my feelings room for expression. My emotions flow freely. My thoughts are regulated and balanced. I feel balanced and at ease. I make space for personal expansion. I feel inspired. I feel passionate about life.
