Each lesson is about 5 minutes, making it easy to weave into daily life. You don’t need any prior Reiki experience — only an open heart, your breath, and a willingness to receive. Over the course of five days, you’ll explore a foundational hand placement for inner calm, breath-based Reiki techniques to settle the nervous system, and core hand positions that bring peace to the mind, heart, and body. You’ll also be guided through practices for emotional release using the sacral and heart chakras, and you’ll finish with a daily Reiki ritual that combines breath, touch, and affirmations into a reliable reset you can return to anytime. By the end of this journey, you’ll have a practical toolkit of Reiki practices you can use whenever anxiety arises — helping you feel clearer, calmer, and more supported in everyday life.
