You’ll also be guided through practices for emotional release using the sacral and heart chakras, and you’ll finish with a daily Reiki ritual that combines breath, touch, and affirmations into a reliable reset you can return to anytime. By the end of this journey, you’ll have a practical toolkit of Reiki practices you can use whenever anxiety arises — helping you feel clearer, calmer, and more supported in everyday life.
