Welcome to this brief journey through the body's energy centres. Take a slow breath in and a soft breath out. Let your body settle, Your mind soften. Bring awareness to the base of your spine, Feel the steadiness beneath you, Grounding, Safety, Support. Slowly move your attention to the lower belly, Sense warmth, Creativity and flow. Rest your awareness now at the centre of your abdomen. Feel your inner strength, Confidence and your quiet power. Shifting to the chest, Notice the gentle rise and fall, Openness, Compassion, Ease. Bring attention to your throat now, Feel clarity, Expression and truth. Focusing now on the space between your eyebrows, A sense of intuition, Insight, Inner vision. Finally rest your awareness at the top of your head, Feel spaciousness, Connection and light. Take one more slow inhale and a slow easy exhale, Feel your energy balanced, Your mind calm, Your whole being aligned.

This is like the sweet spot in your favourite Yin pose. A gentle mind massage. I listen to it over and over like a song. After listening to the meditation I noticed that I am racing around I’m rushing for some reason and this meditation makes me slow down and move at half the speed and also to take slower and deeper breaths. That’s actually turns out to be energising and my body and mind are in more alignment and I have more focus and clarity.
