The aim is to create a sustainable daily ritual that supports calm, focus, and emotional resilience beyond the seven days. These short, 7–8 minute meditations are designed to fit easily into your day while still offering depth and nourishment from a gentle progression from grounding at the Root Chakra to spacious connection at the Crown Chakra. You will learn what each chakra represents, how it influences your emotional and energetic wellbeing, and why it matters. The visualizations and affirmations are simple and help you connect with each chakra in a way that feels natural and accessible.

Katri is a certified yoga teacher with specialized training in Yin and Yoga Nidra, and a long background in health science and holistic wellbeing. Her meditations and yoga sessions blend deep restorative rest, gentle movement, and holistic awareness to support physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
