So close your eyes.
Open your belief.
And just let yourself go for the ride.
So what you're going to picture is that you open up,
Like taking a string and stretching it out in front of you.
And you open up your timeline,
Or you could see it as a pop-up book,
Where you open up to your page on this day.
And as you open up to your page on this day,
Place the image directly in front of you.
So for some,
The image may automatically go kind of to one side.
Pull it front and center.
Begin to see your timeline with textures and colors and shapes.
And it would be almost like if you couldn't read musical notes,
But you saw musical notes on a page.
You would know that they mean something,
But you wouldn't necessarily know what they mean.
So see your shapes,
Your colors,
Your textures.
And this day,
From this moment till the time you go to bed,
A very short timeline,
And then with your imagination,
Go in and smooth out any rough spots.
Maybe you use your hand.
Maybe you get out a broom.
Maybe you use a power washer.
Smooth out any rough spots in any way that your imagination thinks is fun.
Be sure to look above and below and on both sides.
Because what can happen is you can find yourself with the timeline stretched out in front of you,
And then you've stepped into it.
And either way is fine.
Don't try to intellectualize this process.
Let yourself have some fun.
Now,
You don't want it perfectly icing on the cake smooth,
Or maybe you do.
I usually don't.
But you want to get the major mountains and the pointy peaks and the spiky,
Scary textures out of there.
And what you say as you do that is,
Thank you for this opportunity.
But as a sovereign creator being,
I've decided I no longer need that experience.
And so I am smoothing out my timeline with my rightful permission.
I'm doing so respectfully and lovingly.
And then notice the color of the space.
And change it to a shade or a hue that feels nice for you.
And then go in and change anything else you'd like,
With the intention that you are saving yourself some unnecessary trouble,
Some unnecessary suffering of the mind or body,
Some unnecessary burden.
Because you get to create it,
And you wish to create a more easeful experience.
Now,
From the vantage point of clarity,
Make sure that you carve a little pathway for the clarity to come through.
So maybe you walk it off with big striding steps.
Maybe you place a little sign there.
Clarity,
Right this way.
Lacey's Clarity,
Come on in.
And you give it your name.
Maybe you hang one of those neon flashing arrow signs.
You basically lay the invitation out in a way that feels really delightful to you.
Cleaning your time line should make you giggle a little bit.
Because what a ridiculous thought.
And then when it's done,
Take a breath.
Thank yourself for your own permission and for your beautiful imagination,
For your right to be of service in your own life and time,
In your own experience.
And then you can open your eyes.
