Invite clarity, release and embodiment as you move into being the maestro of your life. This 15-minute sit has a little bit of everything... a loving guided meditation with active visualization to feel a bit more at ease with whatever emotion or thought is coming forward. You will notice what energies in the body are yours and which are not. It opens with a gentle body scan with invitations to notice and release. The guidance then enters into an invitation to either focus on the heart or ascend focus into and beyond the top of the head. From there there is a creative visualization using color and texture to identify and gather any unwanted debris and then clear it from the system through a variety of choices. There are periods of silence within this meditation especially towards the end but you will be cued along the way. The end of the meditation is marked with an invitation to say here as long as you'd like or move into the heart and then go into your journal if desired.

And so,

Eyes closed and notice what's on top.

What's the prevailing thought?

The present emotion?

And as you breathe in and out,

Just saying,

I see you.

To that thought,

To that emotion,

I see you.

Feel the temperature of the air on your skin.

Relax your chest.

Relax through the back body.

As you take a breath in,

Can you send a swirl of breath down through the hips?

And relaxing the legs.

Softening around the knees.

And opening little portals of release in the feet.

Taking long breaths in and slow breaths out.

Just being present with what is.

I honor the release.

If you want to stay with what is,

You can send your focus into the heart or ascend your focus up to the top of the head.

Imagining a trampoline there,

Bouncing,

Bouncing,

Bouncing on the trampoline and then blasting off out into the unknown.

If you would like to be more active,

Stay with my voice.

Otherwise,

Just allow my voice to be sound in the background.

Can you gather anything that's not yours in your body?

Any emotional debris,

Any physical debris?

And gather it in to one space.

Noticing the size,

Shape,

Color,

Texture.

And as it comes together in one part of the body,

Applying whatever color will help it get smaller.

Whatever you've been holding that's not yours or that you are complete with,

Is gathered into this central location.

Wrapped in a color to make it smaller.

And then gently engage with it to ask,

What do you need to go away?

And then maybe you allow it to move to one of your hands and it gets offered up to the four winds and blown away.

Or maybe it tumbles down to your feet,

Falls out through the portals and gets reabsorbed into the earth to be useful,

To be nourishing.

Thank you for letting yourself be seen.

Notice how you feel being seen.

And begin to turn up the dials from that radio antenna center,

Using your imagination from the space of the third eye.

Or sometimes I find the dials in my back.

Turning up the dial on clarity,

On release,

On time for yourself,

On remembering,

On embodying that light that you are,

On moving from understanding to inner standing.

Turn up the dial on moving from being a victim of your life to being the maestro and directing the energy of your life.

Can you become aware of the energies in your body that are yours and that are not yours?

And can you see how those play out in life?

In this moment,

There's nothing else to do but notice and receive the information.

Allow your body to soften.

Feel into the gentle peacefulness that's here for you.

Allow yourself to feel at rest.

At ease.

And in all areas possible at peace.

You can stay here for as long as you like.

Or if you're ready,

Take a few breaths.

Find your way into your heart first.

And if you're staying,

Stay.

And if you're coming up and out,

You can go into your journal and make notes of anything you want to remember from this sit.
