与焦虑共处几分钟

当焦虑或悲伤突然淹没心头,这是一份给自己的临时歇息。练习只有几分钟,目的不是消除情绪,而是允许它如实存在。 从眼泪想流就流开始,我们练习停止压抑,在心里老实承认「现在的我真的很难过」。接着将注意力带回呼吸,慢慢吐气,感受焦虑随着每一次呼气释放。当脑中出现自责的声音时,不必与之争辩,只是轻轻辨认:「这是我难过时出现的念头。」看清念头来了又去,如同耳边的声音,终将离开。 最后,透过聆听周遭声响、活动手指与身体按摩,将自己带回当下。这是一次接纳情绪的练习——无论此刻多难受,感受终究是过客,而你依然在这里。
