Hello my beautiful friends.

I'm Shannon from Blissful Being,

And I'm so grateful to have you here with me today.

Before we begin,

I would like to respectfully acknowledge that this is the unceded traditional territory of the Litwilda people,

The Wee-Way-Kai,

The Wee-Way-Kum,

And the Kaweka First Nations.

Thank you for allowing us to reside and thrive here.

Today's meditation is focused on embracing your self-worth.

This is an inward journey where we'll connect with the truth of your inherent value,

Knowing that you are enough,

Just as you are.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

Whatever feels most comfortable for you at this moment.

I invite you to gently close your eyes and take a deep,

Slow breath in,

And then softly exhale,

Allowing your body to relax and settle.

Feel yourself supported by the ground beneath you,

Knowing you are safe and held in this space.

As you breathe naturally,

I invite you to bring your awareness to your body.

Notice the sensations in your body,

The feeling of your feet on the ground,

The gentle rise and fall of your chest with each breath.

Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,

Letting go of any thoughts or concerns that may be pulling you away.

Now I invite you to bring your attention to your heart space,

The center of your chest.

This is the home of your self-worth,

The place where your true value resides.

And with each breath,

Imagine a warm,

Gentle light beginning to glow in your heart.

This light represents your worthiness,

Your innate value as a human being.

With each inhale,

Feel this light growing stronger,

Filling your heart with warmth and love.

As you exhale,

Imagine this light spreading throughout your entire body,

Filling every corner with its radiant glow.

Allow this light to wash over you,

Soothing any doubts or insecurities you may hold about your own self-worth.

As you exhale,

Imagine this light spreading throughout your entire body,

As you continue to breathe,

I invite you to reflect on the unique qualities that make you who you are.

Love and care for others.

These are all expressions of your self-worth.

Allow yourself to rest in the knowledge that you are valuable simply because you exist.

I invite you to take a moment to acknowledge any feelings of unworthiness that may arise.

These feelings are all part of our experience,

But they do not define who we are.

Gently surround these feelings of unworthiness with the warm light of your heart,

Allowing them to soften and dissolve.

Let them go with each exhale,

Releasing them back into the space you're in.

As you breathe in,

I invite you to feel the love and acceptance that you deserve.

This love is always present within you,

A constant source of support and strength.

And with each breath,

Allow this love to fill you up,

Knowing that you are worthy of it just as you are.

Now I invite you to imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror,

Looking deeply into your own eyes.

See the light in your heart reflected back at you,

Shining so brightly.

As you gaze into your eyes,

I invite you to silently repeat these affirmations,

Letting them settle into your heart.

I am worthy of love and respect.

I am worthy of love and respect.

I embrace my worthiness with an open heart.

I embrace my worthiness with an open heart.

I am enough just as I am.

I am enough just as I am.

Take a few moments here,

Simply being with yourself,

Embracing the truth of your worth.

Let these feelings of worthiness and love permeate every cell of your being,

Grounding you in the knowledge that you are loved and you are enough just as you are.

I invite you to take a few deep,

Nourishing breaths,

Feeling the air fill your lungs and the light of your worthiness filling your heart.

Gently bring your awareness back to the room,

To the sounds around you,

And to the feeling of your body resting.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of self-worth and love with you as you move through your day.

Remember,

Your worthiness is not something you need to earn.

It's a fundamental part of who you are.

I invite you to share in a gesture of gratitude that works for you.

This may be hands to your heart,

Hands together in prayer,

Or touching the earth on which you practice.
