Hello,
Everyone,
And welcome.
I'd like to start off with a question.
Have you ever thought about how many thoughts you have a day?
Research shows we have between 6,
000 and 60,
000 thoughts a day.
That's a lot.
These.
Silent.
Repetitions.
That are taking place in our minds.
Are actually shaping our reality.
This is what I'd like to talk about today.
My name is Sequoia Henning.
And I would like to talk about.
How?
Our thoughts?
So.
Our beliefs.
And create our reality.
You can see.
Our thoughts kind of like a construction site and and you imagine like you're building a building out of brick.
And some of those bricks that you're lying down in the foundation.
Are built with trust.
Joy.
Tentment.
And then other days.
As humans have these other days.
We have days where it's built upon fear.
Doubt,
Anger,
Worry.
And the more that we lay these thoughts down,
The more that they shape our reality.
Because the nervous system in the body.
Doesn't distinguish between reality.
Isn't that crazy?
So if we keep thinking we're not good enough.
After some period of time.
The mind will communicate to the body.
We're not good enough.
And vice versa.
And that's why.
Athletes.
Take time before they're doing it.
Race,
Or.
.
.
Some competition where they visualize the event happening.
And this is the power that we have within us.
To change.
Our life.
Just by becoming aware of what we're thinking.
And what we're speaking.
So words have vibration.
They hold a frequency.
And the late Dr.
Emoto,
A Japanese scientist.
Studied the effects of water molecules.
And frequency.
Because of copyright,
I'm not showing an example,
But I invite you to check out Dr.
Emoto's work.
When he would say coherent words,
Love,
Appreciation,
Gratitude.
Is beautiful.
Water crystal would form geometry.
And when he would say negative words,
I hate you,
I'm gonna kill you.
It would create a blob.
Now keep in mind.
Or 75 to 85% water.
And that has.
A huge.
Impact.
To our invisible world that we live in.
What situations come to us and come from us.
Due to our frequency.
You ever been walking down the street and all of a sudden there's this lock that you have with somebody,
Your eyes meet and you're just like,
Hi,
Hi.
You've never met them,
But you have this.
Goodbye.
Alignment happening.
Well,
We are like walking tuning forks.
And wherever we go.
We are omitting an energy.
So a good question to ask yourself is.
.
.
What energy am I omitting in this moment?
Just take a moment.
Take a breath into that question.
And here's how you can change it.
Tune into gratitude.
Whatever you are grateful for.
Someone,
Something.
Breathe into that.
Keep holding that person or situation in your heart.
Now give it out into the world.
Lose your breath.
One more time.
Slowly come back.
So this is one of the techniques that I invite you to do throughout the day.
If you're driving and you're in a traffic jam.
You have something happening at work,
Your relationship at home,
Something that doesn't feel good.
The attitude of gratitude will always change your frequency and raise it up.
A great experiment I invite you to do that Dr.
Emoto did.
He called it the Rice Experiment.
I did this with water and rice on two different occasions.
And you get.
.
.
Three sterilized containers of rice.
And you put One is you can label it.
Light,
Darkness,
And neutral.
You can see where we're going here.
So the light.
Every day for one minute,
You give so much love.
To this.
To this rice.
This is a one month experiment,
By the way.
So you give so much love every day for one minute.
And then any frustration that you have.
You put it in that.
Second glass jar.
Of frustration,
Anger,
It could be sound,
It could be words,
It could be feeling.
And then the third one,
The neutral,
You just ignore it.
And you watch after one month.
How these three containers are going to be very different.
Yeah,
It's an incredible exercise.
You may believe what I'm saying.
But it just kind of solidifies deeper in the.
.
.
Doubt of the back of your mind that we all have.
On some point.
In our life.
And when you can see,
Oh,
Wow,
This actually is.
Works.
It just shifts things.
It did for me anyway,
So.
If you do it,
Please let me know how it goes.
Here's something I would really like you to re-member.
Our thoughts creates feelings.
Our feelings create actions.
Our actions create results,
And our results create beliefs.
And this shapes our world.
It reminds me of a quote that.
.
.
Buddha said,
Whatever we think to be true is correct.
It's something like that.
So if you think you're right.
You're right,
You think you can't,
You can't.
And so it's really important.
To find out what am I thinking?
And is it working for me,
Are the thoughts and beliefs that I have.
Supporting my life.
So taking.
Moments throughout your day.
These are tips of how you can.
Catch these wandering thoughts,
These potential 60,
000 thoughts a day.
That you Write down.
At a certain time,
What am I thinking?
Or you create.
Space in your day randomly by setting an alarm.
And it means,
The alarm means pause.
Take three deep breaths.
Feel the energy of the universe coming through you,
Grounding yourself to the earth.
Three times and once you finish these three deep breaths just notice what are you thinking right now.
And then maybe there is a thought that doesn't serve you.
Like,
I'm not good enough.
That's a common one for many people.
I'm not worthy.
That's another common one.
Notice.
When you have these thoughts that beat you up.
Or build you up.
And what is the dominant thought that keeps repeating itself?
And when used.
Catch it.
Change it.
So it might be,
I love and approve of myself just the way I am.
Only you can create.
The new belief.
And remember,
Have patience.
Because everything that we have thought.
.
.
And we think about ourself has been taught over time.
Through repetition.
So having compassion.
And being consistent with this practice.
Every day,
Show up.
And the last thing I'd like to share is to notice.
Your frequency.
And where you are engaged.
What you're engaged with.
Who you're engaged with.
I'm sure we've all had the experience of.
Being with somebody and it felt like they just was like a vampire and sucking your energy.
And so it's really important to have that discernment.
When we.
Are around different people.
Or perhaps your own.
Certain friends and they put you down.
Their jokes are not really funny and they criticize you.
It's having discernment if you really want these people in your life.
So looking at what you're watching on a screen,
Does it make you feel good or does it?
Bring fear.
Everything is being recorded.
In our waking state through the subconscious.
And it shapes our reality.
One thing that I hope that you take away from this as I conclude this sharing.
Is that whatever we think?
We become.
And this is the power that we have.
It's about becoming aware.
Oh yeah,
I got the power inside.
Based on what I'm thinking and saying.
And having more discernment with compassion.
Thank you so much.
And have yourself the best day ever.
So much love.
