Hello,

Beautiful,

Beautiful mama.

Welcome to this grounding pregnancy affirmation meditation.

May this make you feel connected to your own body and to the presence of your growing baby.

Allow the body to begin to settle as you heavy yourself into your seat.

Feel the shoulders start to soften.

Breathe in to fill and expand and to nourish.

Exhale to move it through.

One more time,

Deep,

Deep,

Expansive in-breath.

Slow,

Slow,

Exhale,

Soften,

Soften.

Please repeat in your heart,

In your mind,

And down into your womb.

It may feel really nice to place hands to the base of the belly,

Inviting in tender touch to baby.

My body knows exactly how to grow and nourish this baby.

I trust the wisdom of my body and the timing of this pregnancy.

My body is strong,

Capable,

And adaptive.

My baby and I are deeply connected and in constant communication.

My baby is safe and supported within me.

It is safe for me to slow down.

I meet each emotion with compassion and curiosity.

I release the need to control what I cannot change.

I trust this unfolding journey one day at a time.

I am becoming the mother I am meant to be.

I am resilient,

Intuitive,

And deeply capable.

I am worthy of care,

Tenderness,

And patience.

Love flows through me and surrounds my baby.

I am exactly where I'm supposed to be.

I am exactly where I'm supposed to be.

Soften.

Soften.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Be gentle with yourself,

Sweet one.
