
The Benefits Of EFT Tapping
In this video, I explain the benefits of EFT Tapping, otherwise known as Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT Tapping is a beautiful tool for self-soothing, working through stress, anxiety, pain and limiting beliefs. The best part is that you can tap anywhere! Please note that this practice is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care.

Hi everybody,
My name is Crystal.
I'm an EFT tapping and guided meditation coach here on Insight Timer.
If you notice when you're stressed,
Anxious,
Overwhelmed,
Or even in physical pain,
That your whole body seems to hold on to it.
That is where EFT tapping or emotional freedom techniques can help.
EFT combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points while bringing awareness to what you're feeling.
Rather than pushing emotions away,
We acknowledge them with compassion and we create space for the nervous system to settle.
Many people find that tapping helps to reduce feelings of stress.
Anxiety,
Overwhelm,
And even some physical discomfort.
It can also help uncover and work through limiting beliefs.
That may be keeping us stuck in old patterns.
When we tap,
We are sending calming signals to the body while addressing the thoughts,
The emotions,
And the experiences.
That may be contributing to our distress.
As the nervous system begins to feel safer,
It often becomes so much easier to respond to life's challenges with greater clarity,
With balance,
And with self-compassion.
Think of EFT as a gentle mind-body tool that helps you to reconnect with yourself and create more emotional freedom.
