Welcome.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Let your body begin to unwind.

Allow your eyes to close gently.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in and let it out completely.

Feel the rhythm of your breath,

Easy,

Effortless.

With each exhale,

Let go of the day,

Letting any tension melt away.

Bring your attention to the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.

Notice how the ground fully supports you,

Solid,

Steady,

Safe.

Imagine the weight of your body sinking gently down,

Anchoring you into earth.

With each exhale,

Feel your shoulders soften,

Your jaw loosen,

Your hands unclench.

Breathe in calm and breathe out release.

Now imagine that it's nighttime.

You're outside,

Perhaps on a quiet hilltop or lying in soft grass.

The air is cool and fresh against your skin.

There's a faint scent of earth and pine.

Above you stretches an endless,

Deep indigo sky.

As your eyes adjust to the darkness,

The first stars begin to appear,

Tiny sparks of light scattered across the vast night.

More and more stars emerge until the sky becomes a tapestry of shimmering light.

You feel completely at ease here,

Quiet,

Still,

Connected to something larger than yourself.

Each star seems to pull softly,

As if breathing with you,

As if the universe itself inhales and exhales alongside you.

Take a deep breath in and imagine drawing in that starlight,

Cool,

Clear,

Pure.

Exhale and release any heaviness or worry into the night sky.

Now focus on one particular star,

Bright,

Steady,

Glowing like a beacon.

Let your awareness rest gently on its light.

As you gaze at it in your mind's eye,

Imagine that this star holds a quiet wisdom,

A timeless stillness that has witnessed ages.

With every breath,

Its light grows closer,

Brighter,

Warmer,

Until it feels as if it's shining directly into your heart.

Let that light fill you.

Let it soften every thought,

Every muscle,

Every corner of your being.

Now imagine that your breath and the starlight are one and the same.

Each inhale gathers the glow of the cosmos.

Each exhale spreads that light through your entire body.

Feel yourself expanding,

As if you too are part of the night sky,

Limitless,

Peaceful,

Infinite.

You are the stars,

The breath,

The stillness between them.

Slowly begin to draw your awareness back to your body.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest.

Feel the ground beneath you once more.

The stars are still above,

But now you carry their calm light within you.

Take one last,

Deep,

Steady breath.

Inhale peace.

Exhale gratitude.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

The night sky remains inside you.
