Hi.

Today we're going to take a quick three minutes to help align your energy with your highest potential.

So let's get started.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw soften,

And your thoughts settle.

Feel the ground beneath you supporting your body.

This moment is yours.

It's a space to reconnect,

Refocus,

And rise.

Take another slow inhale,

Feeling energy enter your body,

And exhale releasing all tension.

You are present.

You are open.

Now imagine a soft golden light glowing in the center of your chest.

It's warm,

Radiant,

And alive.

With each inhale,

See this light growing brighter,

Expanding through your heart.

With each exhale,

It extends outward into your arms,

Your face,

Your entire being.

This light represents your power to create,

To attract,

To manifest.

See it surrounding you completely,

Forming a field of positivity and abundance.

Feel yourself glowing from the inside out,

Confident,

Clear,

And vibrant.

Now bring to mind one goal,

Vision,

Or desire.

Something your heart truly longs for.

See it clearly in your mind's eye.

Picture yourself already living it.

Feel the emotions of joy,

Gratitude,

And fulfillment.

Breathe that feeling deep into your body.

With every inhale,

Say silently,

It's already mine.

With every exhale,

I am grateful.

Trust that your energy and intention are aligning right now with that vision.

Take one more deep breath in,

And exhale gently,

Letting your light expand even wider.

Whisper softly to yourself,

I am powerful.

I am open.

I am ready for all that I desire.

Let a peaceful smile form on your lips,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Carry this energy of joy and manifestation into your day.
