Welcome to this meditation for self-love,
Self-care and inner peace.
Find a comfortable seated position with your spine tall but relaxed,
Your shoulders soft and your hands resting gently on your lap.
Gently close your eyes and let your body relax.
Allow yourself to settle into this moment of peace,
Of stillness.
This time is just for you.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the air as it moves in and out of your body.
Feel your chest rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.
Allow your breath to slow down and deepen.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself releasing any tension,
Any stress.
Let it melt away with your breath.
Now bring your awareness to the area around your heart.
Imagine a soft,
Warm light glowing in your chest,
Filling your heart center with warmth and love.
As you focus here,
Silently repeat the words,
I am worthy of love.
I am enough just as I am.
Allow these words to settle deeply within you.
With each inhale,
Imagine that you're breathing in love,
Compassion and kindness.
Let this energy fill every part of you.
With each exhale,
Release any self-doubt,
Any criticism,
Any negative thoughts about yourself.
Feel them leaving your body with each breath.
Continue to breathe in love and exhale anything that no longer serves you.
Now imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror.
Look into your own eyes and feel a sense of compassion for the person looking back at you.
See yourself as you truly are with all your strengths,
Imperfections and uniqueness.
Take a moment to embrace everything about you.
Imagine wrapping yourself in a warm,
Comforting hug like a loving embrace from the universe.
Feel the love you have for yourself grow stronger with each moment.
As we prepare to close this meditation,
Take a moment to feel gratitude for yourself,
For showing up today,
For taking time to nurture your own heart.
Silently say,
Thank you,
I love you to yourself.
Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the support of the ground beneath you.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Bringing small movements back into your body.
When you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Taking the sense of love and peace with you into the rest of your day.
