Let's focus on your breath,

Taking a deep nourishing inhale and a deep grounding exhale.

Then inhaling deep into your centre and exhaling any stagnant energy.

One more deep inhale into your beautiful and wild core and then slowly with a sigh exhaling the breath out.

Feeling centred,

Let's go into this meditation feeling intentional.

I want you to think of three questions you would like to ask your inner wild woman today.

These might be questions about the external world such as your job or relationships or finances or they might be more related to your inner state such as your health or your spiritual journey or an important decision that you're trying to make.

You might also want to ask your wild woman for guidance regarding a habit that you're trying to break or a lifestyle change that you're trying to implement in your life.

She always has great advice when it comes to these things because she naturally knows exactly what is best for you,

For your body,

For your heart and for your soul.

So take a minute to think about your three questions and once you've got them you might need to walk through this meditation a few times to fully connect with your inner wild woman or the messages might come through in fragments.

You might slip in and out of focus,

You might think about your grocery list or what you're going to do tomorrow and all of these things are welcomed.

You're not here to judge,

There is no judgment.

You will get what you need out of this experience.

Start to visualize that there is a path unfolding in front of you.

This is a forked path,

It gives you two options.

You can go to the left or you can go to the right.

To the right you can see across the distance your current life,

Your current reality.

This includes your job,

Your house,

Your family,

Everything that you know in the material world,

Everything that you have used to create an identity for yourself.

These are the things that sometimes or frequently cause you to stress because there are external demands and pressures and deadlines and bills and all of the things associated with existing in human form.

We are going to leave these things behind for now.

For now we are going to shut out the external world as much as possible knowing that it will still be there and you will return to it once we're finished.

Now look to your left,

The image looks totally different.

To the left there is a forest,

A thick canopy of trees.

You can't quite make out what you might find inside that forest but it looks intriguing and inviting.

This forest represents your inner world which is free and unrestrained.

It is in this inner world that you will meet your inner wild woman.

So at this fork in the path we decide to walk left into the forest that holds our inner wild woman.

As you walk this path to the left the trees begin to engulf you but it's not scary or overwhelming.

There is a sense of surrendering and being carried by this path.

Here entering a realm where human time has no dominion,

There is no rushing,

There is no need to go anywhere or do anything or be anybody to anyone.

No you can let go of any defenses,

Any tension,

Any worry about the past or the future and just exist in the present moment in the essence of who you are.

There is no pretending here,

No having to cater to anyone else,

No having to hide your true nature.

The forest invites you to drop into that essential nature within yourself.

Surrounded by the thick trees and the chirping of the birds above you,

The earth feels soft,

Inviting and pleasantly cool beneath your feet.

It reminds you that you are supported by a benevolent,

Kind and warm Mother Earth.

She embraces you as you step further and further into the forest.

You can let go and breathe more deeply because you have now surrendered into her embrace.

In the distance you notice the outline of a small cottage,

A wooden cottage covered in moss.

It seems to have risen from the ground itself.

A source of light flickers by the front door,

Guiding you closer and closer.

As you make your way to the cottage,

Following that light,

You feel even more at peace and as though this is where you truly belong.

This is a place of total acceptance,

Love,

Compassion and belonging for you.

This is a safe place.

This is a powerful place and it has existed for centuries.

It is always here for you within yourself.

You continue to get closer to the cottage and you start to notice all of its details.

The wood is covered in moss and etched with ancient carvings.

The light source you noticed earlier is actually a torch.

This is the fire within you that connects you to your inner wild woman,

That gives you strength and courage and determination to protect your sanity,

Your wellbeing and your boundaries fiercely.

This torch stands right by the door to the cottage.

You walk up to the door and take a deep breath.

You knock on the door and feel peacefully ready and excited to meet your inner wild woman.

She opens the door and you take a few moments here to connect with her as she welcomes you into her cottage.

Once you are inside the cottage of your wild woman,

Look around and notice the details.

How is the cottage decorated?

What does the furniture look like?

What does it smell like?

There might be a crackling fire in the corner,

The scent of lavender and sage in the air.

And you can't help but have the feeling that you've been here before and that this is a familiar place.

Your inner wild woman now leads you into her kitchen.

She is brewing a tincture or a tea of some kind which you can smell.

The kitchen is cozy and warm and lined with bookshelves filled with old books.

A sturdy wooden table sits in the middle of the kitchen.

Your wild woman guides you to the table and you both sit down to commune with each other and reconnect.

She is welcoming,

Warm and nurturing.

You can now ask her your first question.

As you do,

She listens to you intently and smiles,

Recognizing this question,

Knowing that you would ask her this.

Without saying anything,

She stands up and grabs a cup from one of her shelves.

She pours the tincture she has been brewing in the kitchen and pours it right before you.

The answer you are looking for is contained within this cup.

If you look into the cup,

Into the liquid,

A clear image will begin to appear.

This image is the answer to your question.

So peer into the cup and notice what emerges.

What do you see?

If you need guidance,

You can ask your wild woman to help you see.

Once you have looked into the cup and received an answer to your question,

Even if it was just the hint of an answer,

You can ask your wild woman your second question.

This time,

She smiles again,

Knowingly,

But she stays sitting down.

She invites you to stand and walk over to her bookshelves.

Notice the books there.

You will find a specific book that contains the answer to your question.

Move your hands across the books until you find it and open the book and receive the answer.

What does it say?

What do the pages in the book have to say about your question?

Take a moment to receive the answer.

After receiving the answer from the book,

You place the book back into the bookshelf.

You then rejoin your wild woman at her table.

Now you can ask her your final question.

This time,

Wild woman invites you to look for the answer internally by dropping down into your heart.

She asks you to visualize a point of light at the center of your chest,

Similar to that torch that led you to the cottage.

You contain that fire within your heart and it can provide you with intuitive information whenever you need it.

So find that point of light in your heart and ask your final question there.

What does this place,

This light have to say about your question?

The answer might come as a word,

A phrase,

An image,

A sensation,

An emotion or a visceral reaction.

Take a few moments to connect to this place within you and perceive the answer.

Once you've asked your three questions,

Received the answers and connected with your wild woman,

Sit here with her silently for a minute and ask her if she has any final message for you today.

You can now thank your wild woman for welcoming you into her home.

If it feels good,

Give her an offering as an expression of gratitude,

Maybe a flower or a crystal or a feather.

Thank her for her guidance and wisdom and let her know that you would like to continue cultivating this relationship with her and that you will be back.

Then allow your wild woman to lead you out of the cottage and back into the forest path.

Wild woman will stay in her cottage,

But you must return to your current life and you do so with a renewed spirit,

A deeper understanding of yourself and the knowledge that you can return to this place whenever you need reassurance and clarity.

You begin to walk back on the path towards the place where you started and you can now turn to the right and return to your life.

Breathe deeply once more and open your eyes.

Breathe gradually and be here Frankie.
