As part of a book I am writing, I created a meditation for one of the chapters on "Taking Inspired Action." I used the words from that meditation and added some gentle music and sensory details. It's about recognizing the difference between focusing on what we consider "the problem" and shifting toward focusing on what I call "the soulution" and how the energy we feel differs dramatically. Focusing on and taking inspired action toward solutions is much more effective than focusing on our problems. This guided imagery can help listeners recognize those differences.
