Getting comfy and allowing yourself to nestle into a space where you feel like You're able to give yourself over to this moment so you can connect with your Higher self getting comfortable allowing your body to relax allowing your breath To breathe in and out Allowing that breath to be long slow as it fills your belly and you let it out Through the mouth giving yourself over to this moment knowing that it is Exactly where you're meant to be bring your awareness to your body head relax Neck relax jaw relax shoulders relax chest relax arms relax fingers relax Core relax hips relax Thighs relax knees relax calves relax ankles relax feet relax Your whole body relaxes feeling a wave of calmness that sweeps over you and Bringing your attention to any discomfort any niggles any places in Your body that you feel like needs some extra TLC right now And breathing in to that place Feeling it relax on the out-breath And just accept it don't try to change it I wish that it was something else Just accept accepting it for what it is Allowing your breath to become waves that just naturally go in and out it's Nothing that you need to do nothing that you need to change or alter you are Perfect bringing to mind allowing yourself to see yourself in your mind's Eye see yourself standing somewhere spectacular in nature could be a meadow Could be a forest be a jungle could be a beach waterfall trusting whatever comes Into your mind's eye knowing that it is perfect for you in this moment allowing Yourself to be bathed in the climate noticing what the climate is is it crisp Air against your skin is it warm can you feel the Sun kissing your body You rugged up cold trusting whatever comes into your mind's eye allowing Yourself to just be in this space to notice what it activates in your body How do you feel in this place Allowing yourself to just be bathed in the magic of this place knowing that it Is just for you your time to connect with country with self with source You begin to notice That There are a whole bunch of people that are gently surrounding you they are all The people that are protecting you supporting you from the other side they May be people that you once knew in physical form that have passed on they May be your guardian angels they may be gods and goddesses priestesses It's noticing Maybe spirit animals Noticing all the people That are supporting you that are guiding you that have your back And just feeling their love and their support As you feel yourself absorb that love absorb that support as it penetrates and Soaks into your being you are so supported you are so loved and you begin To notice that they begin to part and you sense a light coming towards you and They part making room for this light you notice that they are beaming they've got A smile from ear to ear They're so happy That this light Has found you that you have found this light and as this light gets closer and Closer noticing the shape the color how it feels familiar to you You automatically feel your heart your body open up to this light And you instantly know it is your higher self They've been waiting for this moment And you notice how your higher self How your higher self looks feels trusting whatever comes Trusting whatever comes And your higher self has a message for you now and you can ask your higher self questions Ask for what message it is that they want to tell you And we will move into silence now so you can enjoy this exchange with your higher self You feel your higher self beaming you feel yourself beaming With pride with gratitude with deep connection to your higher self As you begin to imagine and feel your higher self moving towards you Merging with you As you integrate and become one Your higher self One With you Taking a breath in To allow room for this integration to happen Feel how your higher self feels in your body Welcoming your higher self into your body Knowing that you are free You are supported and you can come here anytime you need this place is just for you A moment in time where you can give yourself over and communicate with your higher self knowing that Your higher self always has exactly what you need Taking a deep breath in through the nose Letting it out through the mouth with an audible sigh Noticing how your body feels different feeling your body in the room as your back in your body But feeling different Remembering the message From your higher self feeling the current of your higher self inside your body And when you're ready and only when you're ready Blinking open your eyes bringing back some gentle movement Be blessed be blessed be blessed Be blessed
