Getting comfortable,

You can be seated,

Laying down,

Somewhere where you can feel like you can just be,

And closing your eyes down,

Placing a hand on your heart,

Taking a long slow deep breath in through the nose,

Letting it out through the mouth with an audible sigh,

Beginning to just allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm,

And just notice where it's gonna be,

What it wants to do,

Is it long,

Is it short,

Is it a mix of both,

Just focusing on your breath,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Relaxing your jaw,

Relaxing your body,

Can you give yourself over to your body a little bit more,

And a little bit more,

Can you soften into this moment a little bit more,

And a little bit more,

Allowing your thoughts to just travel through your mind like waves,

But without fixating,

Just letting them be,

They come and go,

Come and go,

And then asking yourself,

I wonder what my next thought is going to be,

And just wait,

When the next thought comes,

Let it go,

Just beginning to slow down the mind,

Giving yourself over to the body,

And feel,

Think,

Sense or imagine a spark of light at the center of your chest,

Imagine this spark of light gets bigger and bigger with every breath,

This light is gratitude,

Giving yourself over to everything that you feel grateful for,

That you feel deep love for,

Feelings of freedom,

Permission,

Decadence,

Joy,

And allowing that light to expand all throughout your body,

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

Fingertips to fingertips,

No effort required,

Noticing the color of that light,

How it feels in your body,

How does gratitude feel in your body right now,

How does joy feel in your body right now,

Giving yourself over to your magic,

Your light,

Letting it ripple out throughout your body,

Out into the room,

To the house,

To the street,

To the suburb,

Letting your light just ripple out,

You get to be you,

Giving yourself permission to be you,

You are safe to be you,

You are bold,

Beautiful,

Brilliant,

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Letting it out through the mouth,

Staying connected to that light,

To your magic,

To that radiance,

I'm gonna have a brilliant day,

Today I'm gonna give myself permission to be me,

To be free,

To be all of who I am,

I get to be the happiest goddamn person in the room,

I am that,

I am,

I trust my light,

I trust my power,

I trust my heart,

Yeah I do,

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Letting it out through the mouth,

Bringing back some gentle movement and when you're ready and only when you're ready,

Blinking open your eyes and have the best goddamn day possible,

Bringing a smile to your lips,

Feeling fabulous and free,

Go get them.
