Happy December friend, with these 5 Minute Morning Gratitude Affirmations my intention is to tune you in to gratitude and appreciation for ordinary things or miracles. Morning gratitude affirmations can instantly elevate our vibration and make us feel good and happy to be alive. So many of us check social media, emails and news first thing after waking up, priming our brain for distraction. But the choice is ours, by practicing gratitude instead, we give ourselves a kinder start into the day. Whatโ€™s making you feel grateful today? Good morning beautiful!

Welcome to a new day,

A clean slate.

Let's start into it with gratitude and appreciation in our hearts.

Albert Einstein once said there are two ways to live your life.

One is as though nothing is a miracle,

The other as though everything is a miracle.

Through these gratitude affirmations we will cherish and appreciate small and big miracles that nourish,

Comfort,

And make us happy.

Gratitude can boost our self-esteem,

Strengthen our relationships,

And positively impact our mental and physical health.

So whatever position you find yourself in,

Bring to your heart one thing you are grateful for.

Feel the emotion growing in your heart.

Beautiful.

Now I'll introduce a series of gratitude affirmations.

You can repeat them after me if you like or simply listen.

Thank you for good night's sleep.

Thank you for the slow start into the morning.

Thank you for my favorite cup of tea.

Thank you for the ability to enjoy simple pleasures.

Thank you for my warm home.

Thank you for having the essential things.

Thank you for the light and warmth of the sunshine.

And also thank you for a cloudy day.

Thank you for the upcoming winter.

The change of seasons.

Thank you.

Thank you for feeling peaceful.

Thank you for joyful laughter.

Thank you for strangers that smile to me.

Thank you for passion and projects going on right now.

Thank you for all that I have and all that is on its way.

Thank you for the strength and resilience within me.

Thank you for the opportunities to learn and grow.

Today I will concentrate on taking one step forward,

However small.

I release the amount of pressure I put on myself.

I will treat myself with compassion and kindness as I treat the other people around me.

I am open to receiving abundance and I am open to connecting with my highest self.

I am not afraid of what could go wrong.

I am excited about what could go right.

Now give yourself a nice big hug.

Embrace your body and if it resonates with you,

Thank yourself.

Say it out loud.

Thank you,

Then your name,

For being who you are and doing everything that you do.

Every day is an opportunity.

Every day is a gift.

By giving thanks,

Every day can be a miracle,

For gratitude turns what we already have into enough.

I encourage you to make the commitment to practicing gratitude each day this December,

Intensify the appreciation for even the simplest things and I guarantee that you will see profound change in your life.

You are capable and strong.

Nikolina, this was the perfect meditation for me as I was more in a place of anxiety and judgment, and this helped shift my perspective to gratitude.
