Hey,

Welcome.

Good that you are here today.

Let's get an afternoon recharge together.

Please sit down and make yourself comfortable.

Now,

Close your eyes when you're ready or gaze in front of you and feel both of your feet.

Feel how they are touching the ground and then slowly go up to your knees and feel your knees.

And then we go up and you feel your sitting bones.

Slowly go up and feel your belly and then feel your breast and your shoulders.

And see if you can relax your shoulders,

Push them away from your ears and relax.

Now,

Go up towards your head.

Feel the back of your head and then feel your mouth and your nose and both of your eyes.

And then focus on your breathing.

You don't have to change anything.

Just become aware.

And now take a deep breath in and take a long breath out.

Slowly open your eyes.

Look around in the room and notice that you are here sitting with your feet on the ground and you're ready to go on with your day.
