Ancestors Guidance Meditation

This guided meditation will allow you to receive gifts or messages from the females in your bloodline. Each one of your trillion ancestors, going all the way back to the start of your bloodline is watching over you and they are guiding you, sending you gifts.

In this meditation, you can receive support and strength from these wonderful women in your family.

Transcript

Find yourself a comfortable position lying down,

Feeling completely supported and close your eyes.

We're going to bring your attention to your head and just notice if you are feeling any tension just allow it to relax and soften.

If there are any tight muscles just allow them to release now.

All the muscles in your forehead,

Around your eyes,

Your cheeks and your jaw and just allow your tongue to rest in your mouth.

No force,

No effort.

Now just bring that attention and softness down your neck and into your shoulders.

Just allow yourself to release any tension that may be held there.

Moving it all the way down your arms and into your hands and fingers.

Allow them to feel soft or heavy but completely relaxed.

Bring in your attention now to your chest.

Notice how it moves as you breathe in and out.

Gently moving up and down with each breath and just allow it to soften.

To move gently without any force and bring this soft and gentle focus all the way down your spine,

Down your torso,

Into your stomach.

All the way down into your hips and pelvis.

Feeling completely soft and relaxed and continue this all the way down into each of your legs.

All the way down into your feet.

All the way into your toes.

Your body should feel completely relaxed and if there is any tension anywhere just take your focus there now and release that tension.

And now you're just going to imagine from your feet you are going to grow these beautiful strong roots and those roots are going to start growing down towards the ground and they are going to enter into the earth.

Going deeper and deeper through all the rocks and stones and boulders.

Through many different layers of earth.

Moving past fossils and crystals until they finally arrive at the center of Mother Earth.

And here you are deeply anchored.

Now you are going to find yourself in the most beautiful wildflower meadow and you look up to the sky and it is the most beautiful blue sky that you have ever seen.

And the sun is shining bright across this beautiful meadow.

You can feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

You can feel a breeze in the air keeping you perfectly cool.

There are so many different flowers in this meadow.

So many different colors all around you.

Just notice them now and as you stand in this meadow you call upon all of your female ancestors to come to you now.

And as they start appearing one by one you realize that there are more ancestors than you could have even imagined.

They're still showing up.

They're still appearing in front of you.

In fact there are so many ancestors that you can't even see land anymore.

All you can see is women standing all around you because you have trillions of ancestors.

Women who have been born from the same bloodline as you.

And one of your ancestors steps forward to talk to you.

She tells you with the most beautiful smile on her face with so much love in her heart that they all want to give you a gift.

And you are excited so you smile and nod and accept whatever gift they want to give you.

And you can sense something happening from far far away in the furthest distance.

The very first woman of your bloodline has pulled a gift from inside herself.

And as these gifts start passing down through each generation from each of your ancestors from each female member of your bloodline you can feel an energy building.

Some of them are passing you light to shine the way forward in your future.

They are passing down love and trust and knowledge and hope and compassion.

So many gifts.

So many beautiful bright wonderful gifts.

And as these gifts are getting passed down they are being united and formed together.

Each one of your ancestors takes from the one before and passes it down.

And you can see in the distance these bright gifts that have been formed together are being held in each and every single hand of each and every single ancestor.

And you feel the power of that.

And as it moves further down the line you can almost make out that it looks like a circle that they are holding and adding to.

And it gets so much brighter every generation that touches it.

Every generation that adds to this beautiful gift.

And even more is being added.

Strength.

Bravery.

Independence.

Confidence.

Wisdom.

Courage.

Freedom.

These gifts are so important.

Your ancestors want you to receive all of these gifts.

And they are shining so brightly.

The closer and closer they are getting the brighter they are becoming.

And as it gets even closer to you you are able to make out that the gifts are starting to form the most beautiful crown.

And even more of these gifts are being added.

Creativity.

Protection.

Intuition.

Peace.

Tranquility.

Success.

Ambition.

Clarity.

Passion.

Discipline.

Good fortune.

And abundance.

And the crown has now made it all the way to your last ancestor who is standing in front of you.

Holding this most beautiful crown.

It's so intricate.

It is perfectly suited to you.

And it is so unique.

So unique just like you are.

And the woman standing in front of you she places this crown on your head.

And it doesn't feel heavy.

But it does feel powerful.

And you can feel every single one of those gifts that your ancestors have given to you.

That have passed down to you.

Every one of your ancestors.

And they are so proud that you are their granddaughter.

Their great-granddaughter.

They can see how much you have achieved.

All the battles you have fought and won.

All the strength that you have gathered from all the obstacles that you have faced.

They are so proud of you.

And they want you to know that you are never alone.

And this crown will give you everything you ever needed.

Because this crown has always been yours.

It's always been within you this power.

The strength.

Your ancestors want you to be the most successful version of you that you could be.

Because they are proud.

And you make them so happy.

You mean more to them than you could ever realize.

And they want you to wear this crown with pride.

And so much love.

And to spread every gift that they have given you.

Share it with as many people.

As many loved ones.

Friends,

Family,

Even strangers.

Share as much of this love and these gifts that you can.

And you say thank you to your ancestors.

These wonderful wise women that have been before you and are watching over you right now.

Guiding you every day.

Giving you the support that you need.

You are never alone.

Because you will always have all of these wonderful women watching over you.

Loving you.

Helping you.

And now they start to disappear.

And more of the flower meadow starts to appear again.

Until it's just you.

You and your beautiful crown.

And you feel so strong and inspired.

So confident and supported.

And you're going to take this into the day knowing that you are loved.

And you have so much strength and so many talents and so many gifts to give and to share with the world.

And gently now you can move your toes and wiggle your fingers.

And when you are ready you can open your eyes.
