Emma Hughes

Emma has practised yoga for over 25 years. Having initially completed her teacher training in Ashtanga yoga, Emma now focuses on simple and accessible meditation, breathwork and self-care practices. These daily self-care practices have rescued Emma many times in her life when the human experience has felt overwhelming. Emma teaches meditation, mindfulness and self-care practices in ways that can be easily added to daily lives. She is also a published author with Hachette and composes the music in her Insight tracks.
