So a really wonderful way to balance your chakras is to use your voice.
So this is known as toning.
And we can practice these exercises daily and what we're going to work on are the vowels.
So these vowels resonate with each of the seven chakras.
So we're going to start at the root chakra and work our way up.
We're going to use a simple melody,
An easy melody to repeat.
And I want you to focus on each of those chakras and really feel the sound resonate in that chakra as as you sing the sound.
So take a comfortable seat.
We want the crown of the head lifted to the sky,
Shoulders rolled back.
We want to create space around our lungs.
Take a couple of deep breaths and set an intention to tune in and feel the vibrations of each vowel sound.
So the intention of just enjoying and relaxing with each of these sounds.
So we're going to start with the root chakra,
Which is a uh sound.
So I'm going to sing this melody and I want you to repeat it.
So I'll sing it once and then I'd like you to join in with me.
Ah Please feel free to join in.
Ah ah Moving up to the sacral chakra,
Which is an ooh sound.
Moving up to the solar plexus,
Located just above the navel.
This is an oh sound.
Oh,
Moving up to the heart chakra,
Located in the centre of the chest.
This is the chakra of compassion.
This is an ah sound.
Moving up to the fifth chakra,
Which is the throat chakra.
This is a ah sound.
Ah Now moving up to the third eye.
So located in the middle of the forehead,
Slightly above the eyes.
This is a eh sound.
Now to the crown chakra.
This is an e sound.
Feeling those vibrations that are so active when we work on this toning technique.
Feel them permeate the body,
Touching on each of those chakras,
Allowing that to settle.
Continue to breathe deeply,
Inhaling,
Exhaling through the mouth.
Letting the practice be absorbed and enjoy the seven chakras.
