Welcome,
Dear souls,
To this safe and sacred place.
This visualization meditation today comes from the heart of the ocean,
Recording from an island on the abundant Great Barrier Reef,
Australia.
I wrote this meditation in honor of the flower moon,
Symbolizing introspection,
Encouraging the release of what no longer serves us,
And embracing our personal transformation.
Also in the sign of Scorpio,
A water sign associated with transformation,
Emotional depth,
And rebirth.
Thank you for allowing me to guide you through this practice today,
And thank yourself for arriving here.
Let us begin.
I invite you to find somewhere comfortable and quiet to settle.
Take a moment to make any adjustments you need to find relaxation and peace in your body.
Allowing your shoulders to relax and sink towards the ground.
Relaxing the face muscles,
Your tongue,
Your eyebrows,
Your arms and legs,
Feeling heavy and relaxed.
Take a moment to arrive just as you are.
Allow your eyes to close and bring your attention inward.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and slowly let it out.
Feelings or responsibilities about the day that has just been or the one.
It is just you here in this moment.
No responsibilities,
Just you in pure relaxation and awareness.
And on this exhale,
Releasing the weight of feelings that may have just come up during this time.
You trust that she holds you safe.
Safe so you may relax and be with yourself.
Notice around you the feeling of the air on your skin.
Any smells or sounds of nature.
The stony ground beneath you.
Holding you,
Supporting you in this moment.
So you can fully relax and let go.
To settle.
Right now,
This moment is just for you.
I invite you to visualize yourself.
Swimming in a vast ocean.
This ocean stretches around you for as far as you can see.
You are safe under the surface.
Here you find you can breathe.
It is nice and warm and comfortable.
It is exactly where you want to be.
We come from the ocean and one day we will return to her.
You know you belong here.
As you look around the beautiful shimmering depths,
You realize the water is not the normal color of the ocean.
It is in fact your favorite color.
The color that you feel intuitively comes to you first.
The color that you feel reflects who you truly are.
With a smile,
You start swimming.
You realize you can glide easily through the water.
Letting it brush against your skin.
Caress your skin.
You find you can do anything you want here.
You can swim faster than you thought possible.
You can twirl.
You can dance.
You feel just like a seal or a dolphin at home.
And as you glide faster and faster and more playful through this beautiful colored water,
You feel yourself letting go.
You feel safe to let go.
Any expectations,
Any stress about the future,
Money,
Plans,
Work,
Or relationships.
These feelings gently pour out of you and are taken by the current.
You look down and see them leaving you like ribbons.
And you notice the color of these watery ribbons pouring out of you is different to the color of the water around you.
Allow yourself to let go of any unwanted feelings or any heavy feelings that may come up.
The water washes these away,
Blending the colors together as you swim in this beautiful nourishing water.
Water that fills up these spaces you now have with your favorite color,
Your favorite energy,
Your favorite feelings.
Making you whole.
You carry this endless source of love and energy with you always.
You know you can come back here anytime and it will be waiting just for you.
You feel yourself glowing with this feeling of knowing.
And as you are swimming along,
You notice ahead of you a light growing ever so slowly in the distance.
You swim towards the light and as you arrive,
You notice it coming from an archway.
A beautiful stone archway under the water.
You arrive at this archway and curiously wonder what is on the other side.
You choose to walk through and discover.
A deep feeling of peace settles over you as you walk through the glowing light in the stone archway.
You find your feet on solid ground as you step through.
In front of you is the most beautiful giant cave.
Glowing and sparkling with crystals and stones of every color.
With a sense of wonder and amazement,
You walk along a pathway to the center.
In this middle of this beautiful room.
As you arrive in the middle of this room,
You realize there is something waiting for you.
You look down and on the ground is a seed.
A humble little seed.
As you look at the seed,
A deep sense of familiarity fills you.
You know this seed.
This seed is yours.
Your seed is full of your hopes,
Your dreams,
Your aspirations.
This holds all the feelings of who you want to be in the future and in the present and where you want to go.
You know exactly what is in there and what it will grow into.
You take this seed confidently in your hands and take a moment to hold it.
To feel that it is a part of you,
As is all nature.
You know exactly what this seed needs to grow.
What you need to grow.
What you need to do to reach your goals and dreams.
Kneeling down,
You place this seed in the earth at your feet.
And reaching into your soul space,
You choose to pour out some of the beautiful colored water you collected on your journey here.
As you pour this water over your seed,
The seed starts to bloom.
Opening into giant leaves beneath your feet.
It is big enough for you to sit down on your leaf and allow it to hold your weight safely.
You smile as you feel it continue to grow.
You feel it so much that it feels like it is a part of you.
That you can choose exactly how it grows.
And so you do.
An opening through the open roof of the cave.
Breaking free into the bright fresh air of the sky.
The most beautiful flowers of your favorite color bloom as it grows.
Deep green leaves opening into the sunlight.
You take a breath as you slowly admire your work around you.
It is as beautiful as you could imagine.
And exactly how you want it to be.
You realize something deep in your soul.
You feel it resonating in you.
You absorb the water.
You plant the seed.
You grow the forest.
You are a part of this earth as much as it is a part of you.
And you know deep down exactly what you want to do with yourself.
Growing this beautiful plant has reminded you.
You know exactly what you want to do and who you want to be.
You smile to yourself with this knowing.
This remembering.
And take one last look around you.
And you lay down comfortably in the flowers and leaves.
Taking a deep breath you close your eyes.
Allowing yourself to rest.
You hear the words.
Nature lives in me.
I trust in what I am becoming.
And I know the way.
Repeat this mantra in your head over the next five minutes as we continue the meditation in silence.
Anytime you find your mind wandering you can repeat the words in your head.
Nature lives in me.
I trust in what I am becoming.

Slowly start to become aware of your surroundings.
Coming back to your body in this moment.
Taking a breath in and out.
Feeling the sensation of air in your skin.
Welcoming you back to the present.
Or you may choose to stay in this meditative state and drift off to sleep.
