Wherever you are,
I want you to just get comfortable and find a way to really be with this moment right here.
I've got a little opportunity to tune in,
Maybe for the first time,
Just take a minute just to really honor and acknowledge this moment.
Maybe ask yourself some questions.
On a scale of 0 to 10,
How comfortable do you feel in this space right now?
Or on a scale of 0 to 10,
How supported do you feel right now?
On a scale of 0 to 10,
How connected do you feel to you right now?
On a scale of 0 to 10,
How closely are you hearing right now?
Some days our ears feel like they're a 2 or a 3,
A lot of buzzing,
A lot of noise and chaos happening around us,
But then there are other days or perhaps other moments where our ears are all the way turned on.
Feels like everything around us is still and quiet.
We're hearing things differently,
Whether we're watching a movie for the 16th time or we're out at the park listening to new songs of birds.
So take a moment here to continue to ask yourself a few rounds of questions,
Whatever intuitively comes forward.
Whatever you'd like to ask yourself,
However you'd like to check in right now,
In this moment,
Right here,
With your breath and your body,
With big inhales and full exhales.
And then maybe you whisper something else internally to yourself along the lines of asking what you need right now,
What would feel supportive,
What would feel helpful,
What would bring clarity,
What do you need,
What do you want?
And whatever answers come forward are exactly right,
Just honor what emerges,
Without judgment,
Without trying to change it or erase it or edit it or fix it.
We'll send another big round of breath into the heart space,
Re-honoring any new clarity,
Connection,
Compassion,
Any new curiosity that is bubbling up for you.
And then begin to whisper,
Silently to yourself,
The words thank you.
Sealing off the connection with a little gratitude by whispering the words thank you.
And then from there,
Begin to bring some attention back to the body,
Maybe inviting some movement to the fingers and the toes.
Batting the eyelashes here,
Fluttering open the eyes.
Coming back into this present moment,
Right here,
Right now,
In this space with each other,
With ourselves.
