Welcome.

Find a comfortable position.

Either sitting or lying down,

Gently close your eyes.

Let go of everything that came before this moment,

And everything that is yet to come.

Right here,

Right now,

Is all that matters.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest,

The sensation of air entering your nostrils,

And softly leaving.

There's no need to change anything.

Just observe.

Let's take a deep,

Cleansing breath together.

Inhale slowly through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Feel the stillness at the top.

And now,

Exhale slowly through your mouth with a soft sigh,

Releasing any tension you might be holding.

Let's do that once more.

A deep breath in,

Holding that peaceful energy,

And a long breath out,

Letting go of all that no longer serves you.

Now bring your attention to the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.

Feel the weight of your body,

Supported,

Held,

Secure.

Sense the gentle pull of gravity,

Anchoring you to the earth.

You are grounded.

You are safe.

With each breath out,

Feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation,

Deeper,

And deeper.

Allow the gentle sounds to wash over you,

Carrying you into a state of profound peace.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Now,

From this place of stillness,

I invite you to bring to mind a place,

A place where you feel completely at peace,

At peace.

It could be a forest,

A beach at sunset,

A cozy room,

Or a place that exists only in your imagination.

See the details of this sacred space,

The colors,

The light,

The textures.

Hear the sounds.

Smell the scents.

This is your inner sanctuary,

A space just for you.

Feel the profound sense of calm and safety that surrounds you here.

This peace is always within you,

Accessible at any moment.

You only need to remember the way back.

As you rest in your sanctuary,

Allow these words to resonate deep within your being.

Repeat them silently to yourself if you wish.

I am calm.

I am centered.

I am at peace.

I release what I cannot control.

I trust in the journey.

I am enough,

Exactly as I am.

Take one final deep breath in,

Absorbing all the peace and stillness from your sanctuary.

And as you exhale,

Know that you can carry this feeling with you throughout your day.

When you are ready,

You can begin to bring gentle awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Slowly.

Gently.

At your own pace.
