Welcome young minds to a peaceful journey with 'Seasonal Bliss Meditations for Children: FALL.' This meditation is a soothing exploration of autumn's gentle transition, guiding children to a place of rest, rejuvenation, and self-reflection. As they listen, they'll experience the vibrant colors of falling leaves, feel the crisp autumn air, and learn about the natural cycle of growth and renewal. The script gently embraces the shift from summer's warmth to the introspective beauty of fall, encouraging children to let go of their fears and embrace the change and the beautiful cycles of time and life. With imagery of golden leaves, pumpkin hues, and the softness of decomposing earth, this meditation nurtures a deep connection with nature's rhythms. Perfect for bedtime or quiet moments, this session is an invitation for children to find comfort in the changing seasons and the power of their own inner growth. Rest easy,

Dear ones.

Now is the time to calm your bodies and listen.

To rest and heal,

Regenerate and integrate,

And to love on ourselves.

We rest our bodies and minds so that we can better learn,

Play,

And grow.

We do this so that we may be the best possible version of ourselves.

Follow along with my words,

Letting your mind create pictures.

The summer is fading,

And the heat of the sun's glow lingers on.

Evening earth cools as we shift into the shorter days and longer nights.

It is here that we are called to go inward,

Exploring the shadows of fall and the shift toward winter.

You are here.

Here you are.

Floating.

Floating.

Loving.

Being.

Here is where you are.

You are here and loved exactly as you are.

Little leaves,

What are your colors?

We are golden,

Reds and ambers,

Burnt orange,

Pumpkin and apple pie,

Browns like chocolate.

The warm leaves say goodbye to the fresh green of spring and the warm summer blue skies.

Little leaves float along the autumn breeze,

Whirling and twirling in delight.

As the wind patterns change,

We little leaves take flight.

We fly high,

Changing direction.

Sometimes we lose sight,

But the cycles always move from dark into light.

It may be scary if we don't know the way,

But as we let go of fear,

We can rest again,

Then play.

Again in the sun,

Again in the light,

We embrace the dark and day shifts to night.

We see the infinite cycle of time in replay,

Yet all that matters is right now,

Today.

Little leaves dance around and learn the ways of the wind,

In bursts,

In gusts,

Twirling down and then rest within.

We leaves are from trees,

A sign of growth.

We fall from branches when it's time to let go.

We come to rest on this earth where we once started,

To replenish the ground from where we departed.

We leaves from trees learn the ways of the wind and we rest where we fall to become soil again.

We crumble and break down to decay,

Decompose into new life.

It's mother nature's way.

The earth feels alive,

Can you feel it inside?

So strong,

So powerful,

So ready to thrive.

The magic of life lies in the dark of the soil.

Once dancing leaves,

Now dry edges uncoil.

Soil replenishing as our life force grows,

Changes in the air as the cool wind blows.

When winter comes and the stinging cold,

Our warmth comes from within and we know spring brings new growth.

So rest now little leaves,

You've done so much.

It's time to let go and the earth you now touch.
