Deep Breathing and Relaxation. Using EFT is a relaxation exercise using gentle tapping and self-love as you focus on your breath and listen to affirmations. The affirmations used during this session are all geared to feeling more peaceful in life to see the blessings amidst stressful times.

All right,
So we're getting ready for an EFT tapping session.
EFT is emotional freedom technique.
And some of the strategies that we'll teach you here are very different from those you've been guiding to before,
Simply because I've been growing this practice with my intuitive guidance as I've healed from my trauma and child abuse.
So I invite you to try these strategies to help you relieve stress,
Pain and symptoms from your body and let go and notice how you feel.
I like to ask people before you start on a scale from zero to 10,
Where are you?
And when you're done,
Go ahead and ask yourself that question again from zero to 10,
Where are you?
And become aware if things actually are helping you.
So we're going to start off tapping in the center of your forehead in your third eye.
And we're going to recite this phrase.
And with each phrase,
You're going to stay tapping in that place.
We're going to go through a series of phrases that are all surrounded by this word orgasmic,
Which is a form of healing that I was guided and intuitively instructed to use for myself.
And the words orgasmic mean optimism,
Resilience,
Gratitude,
Amazing,
Zestful,
Magnificent,
Intuitive and kind.
So I invite you to focus on your breath as you tap.

But what we're doing is squeezing our pelvic floor as we inhale,
Holding briefly throughout the phrases and then exhaling as we tap.
So I invite you now to tap in the center of your forehead.

And in a swiping tapping motion you're going to tap towards your neck.
And this helps flow some energy releasing anything that may be left from this session.

Simply swiping over the bridge of your nose towards either side of your face in a figure eight motion.

To anchor in everything we just did here and just focus on our breath now,
I invite you to focus on that orgasmic breath where you're again squeezing your pelvic floor,
Inhaling and holding briefly at that top of the inhale,
Then exhaling and relaxing.
Now what I want you to do is get into that dragonfly position.
If you're not sure what that is,
You're interlocking your hands and you're placing them behind your head and I want your thumbs to be supporting your neck.
And we're just anchoring in everything we just did today.
