Is already inside.

Noticing the temperature inside,

The circulating thoughts,

Sensations,

Emotions.

Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.

Relaxing the eyes as you look inside.

Mind dissolving fear,

Dissolving worries,

Self doubt,

The inner critic.

As you take three inhales through the nose,

And three exhales out the nose.

Three inhales through the nose.

Three exhales out the nose.

Three in.

Three inhales through the nose.

Three exhales out the nose.

Doing good my friend.

Stay with me.

Three inhales through the nose.

Three exhales out the nose.

One big breath through the nose.

Holding at the top.

Taking a deep breath in.

Holding at the top.

Becoming aware as you hold the breath.

And exhale.

Letting go.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom to think.

Coming back into the body.

Having love for your body.

As you take a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

Breathing up the spine.

All the way to the top of the crown.

And exhale down the spine.

Feeling yourself rooted,

Centered,

Aware.

Taking a deep breath in.

Way to stay with it my friend.

So happy to have you joining me today.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose.

And exhaling with the side.

Relaxing the face.

Relaxing the hands and feet.

I want you to visualize a beam of light shooting up your spine all the way to the top of the crown.

Where a very gentle,

Warm light rests at the top of your head.

Feeling this light spread into the top of the head.

Down into the mind.

Filling the mind with more space.

Light.

Spreading down to the chest.

Filling the heart with space.

Light.

Feeling beauty in the heart.

The color for today is white.

The number is one thousand.

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness.

Being aware of your awareness.

Being present with your presence.

Feeling the love that's already inside you.

Not outside of you but already inside.

The worries,

The projections into the future,

Into the past.

Once we can just see beyond,

Just go beyond,

Just feel all of this movement.

You can feel something like love already inside.

You can feel something like peace already inside.

It's always there.
