Welcome my friend,

I'm your host Maamu,

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just for you.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed by life,

Anxious about the future,

Depressed about the past,

Feeling worried about what's going to happen and not happen,

Experiencing loneliness,

Despair,

Lack of meditation,

Scarcity mindset,

Feeling insecure,

Hopeless,

Ashamed,

Self-hate,

Guilt,

Jealousy,

Angry,

Or perhaps even joyful,

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.

Perhaps you don't feel much of anything today,

That's okay too.

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust in the unfolding of life.

Trust in our awareness,

In our intuition,

Trust in the strength of being kind,

The vitality of kindness.

That being said my friend,

Getting comfortable,

Becoming aware of how you're sat,

You can lie down or sit up straight,

Whatever you like,

Safe to close the eyes,

Tuning deeper inside,

Becoming aware of how you feel in this moment,

Noticing how the body feels,

Noticing how your energy feels,

Witnessing and welcoming your inner world like an old friend.

Taking a deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Inhale new life,

New energy.

And exhale,

Letting go of the past.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

And exhale,

Letting go.

Every cell in the body,

Inhaling.

Every cell in the body,

Breathing out.

Breathing in trust.

And exhale,

Letting go of fear.

Feeling fear,

Leave the mind,

Leave the body.

So breathe in faith in yourself.

And exhale,

Faith in others.

Breathing in intuition.

And exhale,

Letting go of confusion.

Breathing in kindness.

And exhale,

Letting go of the inner criticism.

Breathing into the belly.

And exhale,

Relaxing the belly.

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the hands and feet,

Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.

Relaxing the jaw,

The lips,

The forehead.

Relaxing the mind.

So take a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

And a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

Breathing into the body.

And exhale,

Relaxing the body.

Breathing in joyfulness.

And exhale,

Letting go of despair.

Coming back to trust.

Coming back to believing in yourself.

Taking a deep breath in.

Holding that breath at the top.

Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath.

And exhale,

Letting go.

Sinking deeper into the body.

Looking inwards.

Witnessing and welcoming yourself.

Let me stay with you,

My friend.

I'm so happy you're joining me today.

Across time and space.

I'm sending you encouragement on your path.

Stay courageous on your path.

Believing in yourself.

Taking a deep breath in.

Relaxing the face.

Relaxing the shoulders.

Relaxing the hands and feet.

Relaxing the belly.

Allowing the mind to unwind.

As you drop down into the heart space.

Opening the heart.

Being kind to other people.

Giving people the benefit of the doubt.

If somebody is not being kind to you.

We can benefit being kind by recognizing that it's not a personal thing.

That often times we don't even realize what someone might be going through.

They're just doing their best.

Showing up how they show up.

And we can take that personally sometimes.

And respond in a mean way.

Not only to that person but to ourself.

Being mean to ourself.

Being critical.

So,

Kindness is a practice.

And a vital practice.

Because when we're kind,

We actually.

.

We don't dissipate our energy so easily.

As when we're getting upset with people.

Upset with ourself.

Being critical.

Then we're actually losing a lot of energy.

When we're being kind and patient.

We actually harness the energy.

And accumulate more and more energy.

That can be put into something more abundant.

Something more creative.
