Transcript

Take a comfortable seat,

Or if you prefer to lie down,

Lying down comfortably for this outer body experience,

Floating in outer space.

Your back is straight,

Head and neck straight.

Nose or lower your eyes softly,

Attuned to your body,

Air breath moving in and out of your body.

Breathe in comfortably through your nose,

Exhale,

Relax into your body.

Breathe in through the nose,

Exhale,

Settling into your space.

One more round,

Slowly breathing in,

A longer exhalation to help you to ground down,

To be here and now.

Noticing your body now,

Allowing your hands to relax.

Notice if you have any tension in your fingers.

You can contract and release your fingers if you like.

Relaxing the arms to the shoulders,

Softening into the shoulders and the neck,

The sides of your torso melting,

Your hips releasing,

The legs down to the feet,

Out of the toe tips a sense of oozing,

Of relief and release,

Awareness of the back of your body,

The back of your hips to the backs of your shoulder blades,

Melting,

The back of your neck,

The back of your head gently releasing,

The crown of your head,

The forehead spreading,

The sides of your temples sliding down toward the back of your skull,

The eyes and muscles around your eyes beginning to soften,

Your cheeks,

Your nose,

Fully relaxed,

The ears softening,

Your lips,

Your jaw,

Lower jaw releasing from the upper jaw,

The front of your throat,

Front of your chest,

Upper belly,

Lower belly,

Aware of your whole body,

Relaxing your entire body,

Aware of your whole body,

As far as your mind can travel,

Only space to the right,

To the left of your body,

Infinite space all the way to the left,

In front of your body,

Nothing but space,

Behind you,

Endless space,

Below and above,

An infinite space,

All around you,

Nothing but space,

Your body is floating in this infinite,

Comforting space,

It's as if the universe is cradling you in this space,

Supporting you,

Nurturing you,

As you float through infinite space,

You'll notice your breath breathes your body,

As you inhale,

The body expands out into outer space,

With every exhalation,

Your body contracts to its normal size,

Expansion with each inhalation,

Contraction with each exhalation,

Just like the universe expands and contracts,

So does the universe within you expand and contract,

Following your breath,

Following this expansion and contraction,

As you float through a vast,

Space,

The stars alight against the backdrop of the dark,

You may pass planets,

Star clusters,

Solar systems,

Experience and explore,

Allow yourself to be curious,

If there's something that you see,

Floating over,

Examining it further,

Or perhaps you pull away,

And see the breath of you in front of you,

Treating this space as your home,

You reside in the universe,

You reside in this space,

Have fun,

As you explore your home,

Experience and explore the nature of this space,

Notice if you feel separate from this great space,

Perhaps you feel an intricate part of the space in front of you and around you,

You are a part of the greater cosmos,

Floating and floating,

There's a sense of peace that pervades,

A sense of understanding and compassion that you feel in this space,

You feel supported with a love and light around you,

You feel recognized,

Nurtured and accepted,

Slowly now,

Bringing your awareness back to your body,

The surface your body is upon,

Noticing the dimensions of your physical body,

The weight of your physical body,

The posturing of your body,

Aware of your fingers,

Aware of your toes,

Noticing hands and feet,

Arms and legs,

Bring the life force of your breath back into your body,

As you breathe deeper now,

Awaken your fingers,

Fingers,

Awaken your toes,

Aware of the external environment,

Awareness of objects in the room around you,

Rolling your head from side to side and back to center,

Bringing your hands down over your heart center,

Aware of the light within you,

Honoring the journey,

The cosmic universe inside of you,

Honoring the cosmic universe outside of you,

Breathing fully,

Exhale completely,
